My family and I have been eating food from dynasty for quite some time now on a regular basis. It has always been some of the best Chinese food that I have ever eaten, that is until now . It seems that they have new owners and a new chef . we placed an order this afternoon And went and picked it up . When we got home and opened it The ribs that we ordered were very much over cooked burnt and dry. The fried rice was way over cooked and mushy like oatmeal. Overall the food and the customer service has gone downhill rapidly .when I called the restaurant to discuss with them the food order that we received and what was wrong with it. I got nothing but a bad attitude from the person at the front counter, he wanted to argue with me and over talk me every time I was trying to explain to him that, what I would like is a credit for another meal at the restaurant for the food that was bad , he absolutely refused to do anything unless we made a 15 mile trip each way to bring it back. I didn’t have time to bring it all back and I don’t feel that I should have to. It should’ve been right in the first place , the poor food and poor Customer Service with a nasty attitude was the last straw for me. Having worked in the restaurant business for many years, I know what good customer service is like and this was definitely not it. if an employee at one of my restaurants would’ve talk to a customer the way that this person did they would’ve been terminated immediately. Read moreSTAY AWAY Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!! I spent $51.37 and I even tipped and still received horrible customer service. I placed an order online and I went to the restaurant to pick it up. As I walk in, there’s a woman on the phone at the bar taking an order so I walk up to her. She continues taking the order ( which is totally understandable) but while she’s taking the order someone walks out from the back and completely overlooks me. He Proceeds to walk and sit down in a booth directly across from the bar looking at me standing waiting for the woman to get of off the phone. Another phone rings and she pauses to answer it while I’m standing right in front of her, ends the call and proceeds to continue with the previous conversation all while not even acknowledging me. this type of customer service is completely unacceptable. my 92 year old mother ordered food I placed the order . The order was a sweet and sour shrimp with fried rice . The next was sweet and sour combo with fried rice , 10 fried chicken wings and egg rolls When the order was deliver it was cold , the boxes were labeled however when the person who want the sweet and sour combo it was all shrimp there was only one container of rice I called them immediately and the person accused me of lying that all I saw in the combo box were shrimp I was opening each one the combo should have shrimp, chicken and pork well when the person fixed the plate with the box that said shrimp it was discovered that after breaking open the pieces it was combo The manager said they chose to send one large rice , the chicken wings were fried so hard the meat was tough he informed me he was too busy to talk any longer with me I told him we wanted our refund they could come get this MESS.
