I can’t believe some of the horrible reviews people leave. If you’re from Newnan, you know this place is great. It is a SEAT YOURSELF eatery. Once you seat YOURSELF, the staff will come up to you and ask for your drinks and bring your chips and salsa. The staff have NEVER shown an ounce of disrespect to my family or I. I also want to add that I’ve NEVER had an employee tell me to get my own high chair. They always bring it for me. Some people will lie. All i can say is, if you don’t like it then don’t come back. Another thing people often mistake is that the server will take your check to the counter for you. This is a restaurant where you pay yourself when you are finished. At ANY eatery, the receipts contain a note saying “please tip your serve” with tip amounts already written out. This is just a reminder to tip because servers don’t get paid a lot which is probably why they don’t like dealing with rude people and attitudes that you can see on these reviews. This is our go to restaurant. We’ve been eating here as long as I can remember. Don’t let these negative reviews discourage you! This place is awesome and they have the BEST cheese dip. Please don't go here....I will never go BK there again. I went a few times and it was much better but each time it gets worse and worse. I took my little 3 year old Grandson for lunch 2 days ago. I ask the waiter could we sit by the window and to get a booster seat. He got the seat and sat it close to the front. I mentioned it but decided hey just sit here. He brought the drinks and chips and never came BK after about more than 10 mins waiting I flagged down a girl and she finally took our order and brought the food. I got the combo and she forgot the taco....I had to go to the counter to get it. Then my 3 year old Grandson had more rice in his child's plate which most restaurants pack on the rice. I bet it wasn't even 2 tablespoons. It was like everything was just thrown on the plate so fast.The chicken tenders in less than 2 minutes not fresh or hot. When I went to the counter to pay I told the cashier. They didn't offer a discount or anything only said the waiter was in a rush for break and they would talk to him. This restaurant has went down the drain. I will never go BK there nor recommend it to anyone. On New Year's Eve, our group of friends had planned to enjoy a pleasant dinner together. A friend had called the restaurant the day before, and they confirmed that they would be open until 9:00. When we arrived at 6:00, we immediately sensed that our waiter was unhappy. Unfortunately, when I ordered my drink, it was incorrect. I tried to correct the order, but my request was ignored. Furthermore, the waiter did not acknowledge any of us whenever we spoke to him. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service we have ever encountered at a restaurant. The margaritas we ordered lacked any trace of tequila, and when our friend ordered shots for the table, he was charged $12 each instead of the usual $7. Although the manager or owner promptly refunded the overcharge, that does not excuse the poor service we received. To make matters worse, we were rushed through our dinner while other customers were turned away at 7:00. While completing our meal, we were surrounded by the plungent oder of a filthy mop as the staff diligently cleaned the floors. This unpleasant experience has left me with the firm decision to never patronize this restaurant again, as I value the money we have worked...
