Franklin Road Flea Market — Local services in Newnan

This used to be a great place to both buy and sell at. However, the owner has not been taking care of the property and things have really run down. The stalls are literally falling apart with trash and liter all over the place. The city has severely limited signage so one would barely be aware that it is a flea market. Too bad... this was once a booming enterprise. The vendors that are here are very friendly and helpful. It is easy to strike up a conversation and share experiences on just about any topic! Great experience! First seeing the creative style of some of the vendors (crafting). Then seeing items you had forgotten about being restored and put into use today. Fun for the entire family and OH don't forget the food vendors outstanding variety BBQ, Funnel cake, shaved Italian ice cream ...and more. I can't wait...

A throwback to yesteryear. Country folks, happy to haggle and have a good time. A little bit of everything. If you like bargain hunting give them a shot. Very few places left that are real flea markets. Most of them are hawking Chinese products and junk. The people here are down to earth...
