We have always ordered from this Papa Johns, whether it's for work, home or at a friend's house hanging out. I've talked to Sam multiple times in the past when ordering and he's always been super nice and helpful. I've also never left a review or comment on or for Papa Johns, I've always felt or thought people that did usually wanted something in return. However after reading a few comments by others I have to say I agree with many. They are much better than Domino's and their service along with their pizza are great. We have recently moved so needless to say the dishes are no where to be found and pizza it was. After ordering they called to ask if I had another form of payment since I had put in the comments I only had a $100 and they did not have change. I explained normally I do but tonight I don't because my purse and wallet was in my car that my husband had. With my total coming to $35 I asked if I knew how much of a tip I was going to give could she send the driver with the change of that and understandably she said no. She asked if I would be ok with the driver delivering our order then bringing back my change. Normally I would of said "ah no! " but tonight I agreed. In my mind I had doubts I would see the driver back, I thought what a fool I am for agreeing. However I told myself if this driver comes back with my change he will get a nice tip. Not only did our order get here in a timely matter, it was fresh and hot pizza. The driver offered to leave his delivery bag as an assurance that he will be back. Not only did he did come back, he came right back. I understand it was foolish to agree to let him bring my change back but I also learned in a small tight net community we have good people, honest people, most importantly not to be so quick to judge or think the worse. Trip aka Sam Jr, thank you very much for the quick return and going out of your way to get change just to turn around and come back. Thank you for being so honest when you didn't have to be. Thank you for showing me there are still good honest people in this world. Lastly, Thank you manager Sam for having such great, honest employees. A $20 tip may not be alot for others but for a school age kid its alot and this kid really appreciated it just as much as I appreciated his honesty....
Read moreThis is possibly the worst experience that I’ve ever had in a Papa John’s. I ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and jalapeños well done. Always check my food when I do carry out anywhere. When I opened it up the first thing I noticed no extra pepperoni And it’s not well done. There’s so much cheese and pizza sauce on the pizza that you can’t taste anything else. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, he basically just sat there and stared at me like what do you want me to do about it. After I’ve been there 25 minutes longer than he said it would take he says what do you want me to do make you another one? That was his exact words therefore I will never set foot in that store again. It’s almost like they need to fire the whole crew and start over or either shut it down. That was the worst attitude of any employee that I’ve ever came across in a fast food restaurant. If I knew his name, I would post it. He should not be serving the public. if you don’t like your job or if you don’t like dealing with the public find something else to do, especially in the food.industry. Maybe you should find something like custodial work so that you don’t have to work face-to-face with the public. Customers don’t deserve...
Read moreMy super Hawaiian pizza was delivered with no pineapples. We ordered three pizzas but only got two dipping sauces and two peppers. We ordered extra sauce, but none of the pizzas had extra sauce. When we called them to let them know that the super Hawaiian pizza did not have pineapples, they made it seem like it would be too much trouble to make another delivery with the correct pizza. They told us we would have to wait 45 minutes and give them the other pizza when they arrive. We did not want to wait 45 minutes to eat our dinner, so they did offer us a Large five topping pizza with our next order for free. This is my first experience ordering from this location, because we just moved to the area. A large five topping pizza free with my next order does not help me because I do not want to order from this location again after the experience that I had. The manager could care less about making sure that the customers are happy. It’s really disappointing, because every other establishment that I have dealt with since I’ve been here, the experience has been very pleasant and the customer service has been excellent. I guess I will patronize other restaurants and sadly no longer deal with...
