REKT Inc. Newnan (Rage Rooms) — Attraction in Newnan

Walked in and it took the employee a while to come in to greet us because he didn’t hear us come in. No big deal at this point. Our rage room wasn’t ready so after we checked in we still had to wait while the employee left again to set it up. Ok, at this point we’re hanging out for a minute but still not a big deal. We’re pretty patient-and excited. We get in the room only to be given two coveralls & 2 hard hats. We booked the room for 4. Your website shows 4 hanging in the picture and clearly says they will be provided for everyone. During the rage time we had swap coveralls & helmets, constantly take shoes off & on to switch AND there was only one that fit the boys. This was a disappointment. The helmets weren’t even cleaned. Tools? On the website it states 7 are provided including a bat & golf club. Both of which were not provided in our room! Why is this a big deal? Because I brought a golfer and a baseball player! I thought it was perfect to have them use those items. Only 6 tools were in the room. I paid for an extra item. All but one was oversized & heavy which didn’t work well for us raging. The bat & golf club would’ve been perfect. The room? Dirty. I didn’t mind the actual rage room being dusty but if you’re going to promote it being a luxury experience at least clean off the seats & plexiglass so the people watching can see through & take clear photos. The items provided? Not impressed. A bin full of plates & mugs. A dozen cds & dvds. Multiple keyboards & mouses? Why so many plain duplicates? Where’s the chair or furniture item? We got a windshield but weren’t allowed to hang it up even though it’s stated on the website as being an option. This experience could’ve been much better but it was...

Got there 5 minutes before our scheduled time. Place was empty with one worker. She was still cleaning the room. Stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes to even start.

Paid for the Tornado Package; didn’t receive the 10 extra items that was included in the package. Paid $120.00 to smash 30 brown small bottles, 2 wireless keyboard and 2 powder bombs; basically done in 15 minutes.

If the owner wants to say we were on CCTV, as he has stated on other negative reviews, please by all means look. 15 minutes and we are done after purchasing a higher package a few above your lowest package.

No variety at all. Place looks like an abandoned warehouse. Could have found items in my basement to smash. Not worth the money, not given what you pay for, and very poorly put together. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Needs more training on what to give the customers what they pay for, not make them wait for their scheduled time, overall a terrible experience.

To the owner; hope you have a smashing day...

I brought my daughter here to let some steam off celecbrating her graduation. The individuals in the facility are very kind and accommodating. There was snacks provided for purchase and the facility was clean. The Rekt smashing areas were a bit smaller than I imagined and only two people were able to "smash" at a time, which can seem a little of a inconvenience if you have a large party, but I definitely overstand the reasoning due to swinging dangerous weapons around and safety concerns. We also found out that spectators had to pay an additional $10 to view just to gain access into the Rekt room, which again was a little inconvenient since I wanted to just take video and pictures...but again, I overstood since it was a newly implemented policy due to an irate past consumer. Nevertheless, the kids all had a great time at Rekt, the mission of exuding peace and tranquility was achieved and we would definitely do it again with even larger items...hmmm,...
