Subway — Restaurant in Newnan

THIS SUBWAY STOLE MY MONEY. I got called immediately after placing an order on the app. They told me that my order wasn’t going to be made because they were short staffed and they were closing early. I was also told that i would be refunded my money, and i never was. I wasn’t able to cancel my order on the subway app so i had no way to initialize a refund myself. I called back and left my name and number for a manager and no one ever contacted me. I waited months (regretfully) even after emailing subway customer support who never responded either. I went to the store in person and explained the situation, they said, “yeah that sounds about right…”, yet I was told that they probably would not give me a refund because “it was a while ago”. I left my name and number again to be contacted by a manager and I never was. Still never got my refund even though I have proof of my order at that location and the voicemail they left for me stating they would not make my order. I don’t eat at subway because of their poor customer service and especially not this location. I still deserve...

careful when you mobile order from this store. everytime they switch the breads on a 2 sandwhich order. when i finally went out of my comfort zone to try mayo, i asked for it LITE and its LOADED. to the point i dont want my sandwhich because its a nasty mayo taste. idk if its expired or if its just a bad mayo because its awful. and LOADED. i asked for extra pickles and i couldn’t even see them. there was literally 4 small ones.

Love this subway more than others.

The service is phenomenal, the ladies are always smiling, and have a warm charm when they are preparing my food. They maintain a Fresh standard and keep a clean house, which is always preferred.

But above all things they listen to your order and execute the order as you asked. I never have sideways glances or thoughts of thats not what I meant when I order. When they aren't sure on how you want something, they ask for clarification. I thoroughly enjoy this subway more...
