Adriana is always such a blessing at this location. We have never had a problem with her. This location is really good with coupons and addressing customer concerns. Adriana is always polite and calm. My son and I were inside at this location witnessing a mom and daughter duo behaving worse than my 2 year old all because they had to wait a little bit for the cashier to come to the front. My 2 year old behaved more like an adult. Raising your voice after being told multiple times that she was so very sorry for the wait and still continued to show you respect even though you don’t deserve it at that point. Stop being rude to customer service employees and I hope my son remembers that moment as what to not do. Being ugly and rude to service industry employees is ridiculous. Grow up. I really enjoy shopping at this newer Dollar Store on the north end of town. They have very helpful employees who always answer the phone regardless of how busy they are. Last week when I was sick I went in and asked Tesla to locate the Dollar General brand NyQuil and she just went right over and got it off the shelf for me and that's not even where I was looking for that at. There are two other very nice employees that I don't know my name and the manager is helpful as well. Don't have the same level of help at the main Street location however I often get caught by a train and stop in and grab my necessities and get back on the road and hope to not get stuck by another train before crossing the busy...

I was treated so incredibly rude and disrespected by one of the employees of the this store! After admitting I put one too many candy bars in my cart the cashier said "we'll there was two in there" I responded "the customer is right", she snatched my bags, didn't allow me to pay and remarked several times in an all too loud voice as to embarrass me in front of the time behind me " I don't play that game!
