Rincón Latino Restaurant — Restaurant in Newton

Clean, freshly updated interior, FANTASTIC food! We were dining in, and got to observe several people coming in for takeout meals of rice bowls, Mexican bowls, quesadillas, chimichangas, etc. They all looked so delicious and the portions are very generous (as in, sometimes the lids couldn’t close!). I had pollo con tajadas, and the chicken was so flavorful and crispy- absolutely delicious! It was more food than I could comfortably eat, but so tasty that I didn’t stop till it was gone. 😳 Really hope this restaurant lasts- we’ll be back when we’re in town next! UPDATE: we’re still in Newton and have eaten lunch at Rincón Latino Restaurant 3 days in a row now! The rice bowl is amazing, and the chimichanga is delicious. Both are huge. Friendly warm family running this establishment- hope the community...

A delicious addition to the Newton food scene. If you’re in a rush the rice bowls or burrito are assembled to order with your choices of meats, beans, rice and many fresh toppings. If you have some time to sit, we loved ordering off the menu. The Pollo Frito con tajadas (fried chicken and plantains, pictured) baleada (fresh tortilla, eggs, beans, avocado) and, desayuno catracho (a huge breakfast plate of eggs, meat, plantains, and beans, pictured) were flavorful and freshly made. We came back a 2nd day in a row...

So good!! We tried them for the first time this week and loved the food. We ordered two rice bowls and everything was so fresh. They were really helpful with any questions we had and gave reccomendedations. The plantains are amazing. I think I could go back and just get those and be happy. The food seemed reasonably priced especially for how much they give you. After reading other reviews I can't wait to go back and try...
