CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Niceville

Well let me start off by saying I usually love coming to this store because it's so convenient from where I work. But this morning I was really disrespected by one of their employees. She was an older white lady with a low short bleach blonde haircut. I'm southern so I always greet people with good morning how are you etc. But from the time I walked in the door she gave me the most nastiest look, and even when I got to the counter for her to check me out, her attitude was still nasty. I must admit I was on the phone during my transaction, but told my boss to hold on because she was about to ring me up This woman would not ring my items up until I hung up the phone which I did refuse because I had already told my boss to please hold on! So I'm standing in line looking at the kiosk and it says waiting on cashier, so I politely said to her it's waiting on you, she then responds and say and I'm waiting on you to finish your conversation, then I'll check you out. My time is valuable and so are the other customers in the store that was behind me. I feel like I was treated very poorly. And she didn't give me my receipt which I refuse to go back and forth...

Something was wrong with all the gas pumps. After inserting credit cards it took a very long time to read & allow you to pump has. Everyone was having the same issue. Upon finally being allowed to pump gas I did not get a receipt. Had to go inside & ask the one person on duty for a receipt & she could not access it. Her manager, I assume the only other person there was collecting garbage. He had to come inside & instruct how to access the receipt. Both acknowledged that their were problems at the pumps but neither seemed to care. I have other options for gas close by & will not...

Overall a good place to get gas food and drinks. Some staff are strange one young lady doesn't speak much if at all to you and just stares at you most of the time and won't hand you your items after paying making you reach all the way across the counter to grab your stuff with no bag every time. Kinda strange but its all good. But still weird. But most employes are very nice. Clean bathrooms but the drink area is almost always dirty that should be addressed but It will go days with out being cleaned it looks like. But overall a great...
