New home, needed additional cabinets in the kitchen and other places. Legacy did the original install when the house was built, and for builder grade cabinets, they were better than one would expect. They also offer many other different lines and grades of cabinets. We went to them because we wanted to exactly match what had come with the house. It was the right choice. Their customer service goes above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, helpfulness and follow up. We couldn't find online the exact cabinets that our house had been built with, but our customer service rep knew exactly what we had and needed. He provided custom drawings of what we would be getting, and a solid estimate of the costs. Shout out to Zach for all the help. The install crew, led by Eddie, that put them in was terrific. Kevin walked me through the showroom and not only gave me tips on things to consider with my specific house before picking out cabinets and hardware, he was instrumental in giving me design ideas and possibilities I never would have imagined throughout the whole house. They made everything easy from designing to ordering to building and they followed up with the installer, my contractor, and me every step of the way. I never felt rushed, pressured, or uneasy during the entire process. I highly recommend Legacy Cabinets in Niceville! Definitely ask for Kevin! It's hard to find someone trying to sell you something who sincerely has your best interest in mind and values your satisfaction above how much profit they will make on the sale. Kevin never pressured me to buy from him and didn't trash talk his competitors. He did a great job helping me figure out what I wanted without feeding me what he wanted to sell me.
