Dollar General — Local services in Nitro

Staff are always rude! It’s always a wreck in this store they leave stuff outside in rain all the time clothes and such and still sell it. I’ve literally had to call fire Marshall before recently to get them to clean the mess you couldn’t walk down the isles. They listen to awful music that you don’t want your children to listen too and it’s not low either it’s so loud she couldn’t hear me say Hello. I wish Nitro had another dollar store I wouldn’t go back to this one! If you don’t like your job that much please...

My first time in Nitro store and every aisle was almost impossible to get to anything as they had racks stacked 6 ft high I had to push out of my way. Delivery day with not enough help? Young girl at counter greeted me with "You are going to have to put EVERYTHING on counter" I had case of water and several 12 packs of soft drinks. I didn't ask her to gun scan so not sure why the attitude. I believe in second chances so will revisit to see if just bad timing. But...

The last couple of months the Nitro DG store has gone downhill. Their are always racks loaded and unloaded all over the store. The shelves are in disarray. The things they put outside are displayed like they threw them outside the door. Used to be my favorite DG store and I would recommend it to people for how clean and stocked it was.
