Stop today got my #90 mom and me meal was very disappointed in guy with pony tail handing card and going back and fixing a meal 😪which I pray he change gloves🙄 so thankful I plead blood of Jesus over a meal🙏 these days was shock see so many flies in store and no hair net on other workers long hair food was good but don't think I'll come back lost respect at one in Saint Albans were worker finger got stuck in my mom ice and still wanted give it to her with no gloves on y'all make TV ad look so good but really see when go in person make ya think twice eating these days at DQ😪I wish we had old time food places were you know food was safe and clean to eat these worker don't care it all about them getting pay check Saint Albans and nitro ya need get ya...

Went through the drive-through, and instantly had very bad customer service. The workers were being very short and rude over the intercom, and when we pulled up to the window, they continued to be very cold to us. The workers proceeded to leave the drive-through window open and have personal conversations. The entire experience was just very unprofessional. They didn’t even make one of our blizzards and had to go back and make it. We sat at the drive-through for a few minutes while they proceeded to talk to each other and weren’t working on making our second blizzard. It was an all a round bad experience. (Nitro WV)Went through the drive thru this evening and my order was say $9.27 so I handed the boy $10.27. He snatched the ten from my hand causing the change to go everywhere including up under my car. Then looked at me like I should crawl around and get it! Then started giving me change. I told him it should be a dollar even. He said well if you pick up that change you will have your dollar. How freaking rude! It wasn’t the money it was the principal.
