If I could rate this place zero stars I would. We just came home from bowling and had the worst experience. First off, the bowling alley is very old and has not been updated. The seats are peeled and chipped and some of them have been obviously quickly repaired. We were there for a family birthday party. It was 9 adults and one toddler. Our toddler is 2 and had to pay a full adult price. She isn’t even able to truly play the game. She just wants to feel included. I feel like there should be a child price since they cannot fully participate. The whole time we were playing our lanes were not scoring our points correctly. It would skip players and just mark them with a strike, even though they didn’t bowl their turn. It would also not count the correct number of pins that were knocked over. I could live with all of these issues without a negative review, but what happened next was absolutely ridiculous. We payed for 10 players to play two games. During the 7th frame of our second game our lanes shut down and would not permit us to play anymore. When we went to get the front desk to fix the issue they said that only 8 of us had paid, which is why our game was shut off. This was completely untrue and was easily proven when 10 of us returned our shoes. So we paid for 2 full games but were not permitted to play those games. We were also accused of not paying for people, which is ridiculous and insulting. Towne ‘n Country lost 10...

So I recently went bowling here after not going for a while due to bad experiences wanted to give it I would say a 5th chance and it let me down again. I will not say I'm a terrible bowler but not great but something is up with the oils on the lanes it changes the direction of the ball. I've witnessed it and to hit the pins its almost impossible as if they are weighted so a ball that you bowl right down the middle knock down like 3 whole pins. My next problem is the staff every single time they are rude want to apnost yell at you if you ask fir a ball return or if there's a problem with the lane which there always is. Everytime I call and ask if they have lanes available they get snotty. Next is the bathrooms dirty have never been cleaned or updated its nasty always. Worst experiance ever! We came in as a grouo for a birthday party. Myself and another person arrived way early to see another birthday party with outside food ect. When we had asked ahead of time if we could bring a cake. Was told no when we asked again was told we still could not bring a cake as one the other members of the party was going to bring one. We was told they was breaking the rules. But apparently they still allowed it .kicker the huge table they was ysing was provided by the bowling alley. Not to mention we had reserved the lanes till 9 they called the day of and changed it to 8 but told us we could stay longer after if we wanted and bowl. Promptly cut us off at 8 with 2 frames left in the game and still charged full price for a full game! Never again will i go to this...
