Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in St. Albans

August 2023 I paid $1 more for "extra most bestest" so that I could get 1 and 2 pieces of meat on some slices. They forgot to give me the second dipping sauce I paid for.

June 2022: I ordered my drive thru order with the app. It said ready in 45 minutes. I arrived on time. I ordered 2 classics, one thin crust, 2 cheese bread and 1 crazy bread. The thin crust was really old, the cheese bread was really old but the classic was fresh and the stuffed crazy bread was fresh. This is my second attempt to get fresh thin crust. I went a year without little Ceasars pizza(from this location even though it's the most convenient). Looks like I'll try again next summer.

June 2021: Old hard pizza with new vegggies just thrown on top. I ordered fresh but instead...

We made a phone call and ordered fresh pizza. We live around the corner and went to pick it up immediately. When we got home I'm absolutely shocked that they gave us old pizzas. They roasted some vegetables and put them on top of an old pizza. When you pick up a piece all the toppings fall off except the pepperoni that is stuck like glue to hard cheese. We can see where the new toppings like long pieces of bell peppers lay over the cut lines but remain uncut. We called them out on it and they claim they never do that but I know what fresh little caesars pizza tastes like and we did not recieve fresh pizza with melty cheese. If you pick up a piece of this pizza every topping falls off except the pepperoni which is attached the way it comes out of the fridge with hard cheese on it. The cheese was old and hard, not at all like it should be for freshly made pizza. I'm very disappointed. This is our first and last time we order from this location unless it's just for the kids who like their pizza old and cold.

When we called the manager to respectfully inform him about the kind of pizza we recieve he argued and defended their pizza and then hung up on me. This is a problem that he obviously does not want to fix and he only cares about food waste. He has lost our business for good.

We came here one other time, not for me and my husband, but just to grab a quick pizza for the kids and I was shocked that they said they had a thin crust "hot and ready". We went to Little Caesars in St Albans today & ordered a pepperoni crazy puffs & a cheese crazy puffs. We usually order from there when we are low on funds & need something quick. They used to have his service & the food was always good. Recently, everything started going downhill. Last month when we ordered, all the cheese on each crazy puffs we ordered, cheese, bacon & the pepperoni, was sliding off. The cheese crazy puffs were so greasy, it was seeping through the boxes. I chalked it up to a new person making them. Because I'm not that person. You never know what someone is going through. Well we ate them anyway, because my daughter was in boot camp & she hadn't had them as they recently came out in the summer. Her first experience wasn't what she was expecting it to be because everyone else had them & was bragging about how good they were. So we ordered one box of pepperoni crazy puffs & a box of cheese crazy puffs & an order of cheesy bread tonight. The guy asked if we needed a bag, my husband said yes please. He grabs one small bag & throws 3 boxes in one bag all sideways. My puffs were smashed with cheese coming off. My husband's was slid & smashed but not nearly as bad as mine. & They never offer marinara for the cheesy bread anymore. & This set of the cheesy bread had so much garlic, I felt like they were trying to kill a vampire. This Saint Albans, WV store has went so far downhill it is insane. Half the staff is rude, especially the female manager. Even if I make the order online, they still don't have it ready on time. I have heard the young dark haired girl trash talk about customers when her window is almost fully closed. SO many times my order has been wrong or/and burnt. On a couple of occasions I have had to go in to get my food after they have me to pull around and wait...because they forgot about me. One time I ordered online, went to pick it up and they had still not opened up. Some employees seen me waiting at the window and looked at me then ignored me. I sat there for almost 10 minutes before seeing the young girl run across the street, go in and then come to the drive thru window. That order was burnt and shorted me dipping sauce. When Rick was the manager there, him and his team were amazing and had their ducks in a row. There use to be a black lady there and she was really nice, but I don't think she's there anymore. I have called in a complaint, and NO One has contacted me like promised. Yesterday was the last straw. They need to get that staff on the right track or close down until they find a manager and team to replace the current ones. The owners of this store need to address...
