Terrible customer service. Was told twice that they are working on an appraisal for me on a pendant that they did over 1000$ of work on. Just to be told weeks later that it never got done and they are refusing to work with me. According to owner asking about how the wholesaler prices work for the bail I bought was a personal attack on her and the business. No other jewelers have treated me that way when asking questions trying to understand pricing. I’m confused on why they would tell me multiple times even after the conversation about prices that I can expect the appraisal to be done. Just to find out later they don’t want me as a customer. When I asked why they don’t want to do the services they promised I was told they didn’t like the price I told them I bought it at auction and i got it too cheap so they think I wouldn’t be satisfied with the appraisal. Tell me, does that make any logical sense. When trying to have a respectful conversation the owner kept saying “oh my god” and sighing then laughing at me.
