I have quite a few thoughts on this place, since I've been coming here over the last few years.
First, the bad, terrible coffee, usually because the beans are burned or just the wrong type for espresso (Winot nearby has much better coffee beans). Also, the baristas are not trained to make espresso, which is a bit of an art and science. Also, for lattes, they use a very cheap milk which does not sweeten as you froth it. This is a problem with many coffee shops, not just this one. To get great tasting lattes or cappuccinos, you need to use a high quality milk such as Organic Valley or better yet Maple Hills whole milk. Which is of course much more expensive, but is definitely worth it in taste and quality (and shop can pass on the extra cost to consumer).
Also, Ozo coffee has a policy that Baristas need to work in the back a few months, and trained thoroughly before they start making espresso. This is a prudent policy that should be followed by other coffee shops, including this one.
The good, is the nice ambiance and charm. Really pleasant place, and feels homely (and quaint in a good way).
Overall, consistently bad coffee, but nice place to hang out. Could be much,...

Went here to work on my computer and the internet worked for only two people. I told Morgan that myself and another patron were having issues connecting. I asked for my money back because the internet was down and Morgan was unwilling to do so. I'm unsatisfied with this lack of service at an establishment meant to do just that. I won't be back.
Two weeks before this I went here to work on my computer. After 20 minutes the guy that owns the antique shop demanded that I move my car for his evening vendor setup for the street band playing that night. It was 9:30 am in the morning. The lack of signs in the area indicated that I was safe to park where I was at. This establishment allows other store owners to harass you here. This isn't a good place to have a meeting or to work....
Read moreI just discovered this spot and was very impressed! While all the other shops on the street are pretty... Boring and basic (I don't know how to say it nicely), this cafe truly has an original atmosphere with kind and engaging staff. It was like a breath of fresh air and obviously the spot to hang out in town. The food was the best part! Their vegan paninis are to die for and their breakfast sandwich didn't leave me feeling like I had a lead brick in my stomach like most cafe's. I felt very satisfied. They even have vegan cheese!!! Which is amazing! It looked like almost everything was made in house. Lots of baked goods. All in all a great experience. I will definitely be back to grab food and a drink...
