Winot Coffee Co — Restaurant in Colorado

I'd just come in from several hours spent chasing horses. The barista-owner was receptive and relaxed when I stood there to order a mixed hot latte, and practically sun-struck that I didn't know what to say. He found a few things to do while I contemplated, always looking up to see if I'd made up my mind.

If it's alright to admit this, I ordered what turned out to be THE BEST latte I've ever had, seriously, and removed my shoes to savor the flavor, sipping it for about 45 minutes at one of the small tables, resting my bare feet upon a chair. No stink, not stench just total immersion.

An absolute staple of the community and perfect meeting spot for friends and neighbors. I’ve been coming to the Winot since it first opened and have always thought they have the best coffee and fast breakfast in Niwot. I’ve had coffee with more folks than I can count and always love running into old friends and neighbors when visiting.

While you can take your coffee to go, I’d recommend taking a second to sit down and enjoy the environment as long as you can...

This coffee shop has a nice open seating area with both tables and cozy chairs. Wifi is accessible so it's a decent spot to work although it closes early in my opinion (4pm weekdays). I've had a couple less than awesome customer service experiences but it just depends who's working. I'm not going to write it off for that. Overall a pretty good choice if you're...
