The ice cream at Love Ice Cream is some of the best I’ve eaten. It’s really worth checking out. It’s “clean” tasting, meaning it doesn’t taste like there is added sugar, the ingredients taste super fresh. Also, the taste is well balanced: I can taste the flavors individually, and sugar is not this overwhelming taste with the other ingredients just somewhere in the background. Neat flavors. We’re so excited to have Love Ice Cream, owned by a local Niwot resident, right here in the neighborhood! It was hard to choose a favorite, but we absolutely loved the Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Salty Dog Chocolate, Bavarian Cream, and Pomegranate Lime Sorbet. Every flavor was incredible, and the staff was so friendly. This place is a niwot treasure. I wanna come every weekend for the seasonal sorbet (lavender lemonade right now, gluten and dairy free) and my wife loves the saltydog chocolate. Prices are ridiculously generous, they have cones both sugar and waffle and they have multiple scoop options. One day I'll Conquer the 14er, 14 scoops of ice cream.
