If I could give them 0 stars, I would - the worst customer service I have ever come across. This is the closest Subway to our home, however, I will gladly drive 10 minutes further to avoid this location and to spend my money at a different Subway franchise. The employees are extremely rude, and refuse to actually do their job or treat customers with respect. In fact, they have went above and beyond to make sure that I WILL not be giving them my business by not only be rude, but by locking the doors before close (20 minutes before close on one occasion, and over an hour before on another), refusing to honor active coupons, not preparing my online order, and even refusing to make sandwiches BEFORE close when the doors are open because they had already cleaned up and put the meat and veggies away. These are just some examples of things that we have experienced, and when I have written a complaint via the corporate website, I received a “thank you” for my feedback by the franchise owner, who employs his family members and friends as employees.
I truly cannot figure out why a franchise would allow customers to be treated this way. It is clear the owner does not care about his customers or making money. If he did, he would get rid of the employees that are driving paying customers away.

Save your time, money and patience. They have zero patience for you anyways. Subway came out with the new protein bowls and I went in to order one for my wife, she sent me in with a list of what she wanted in it and that couldn’t have inconvenienced them more. The man actually raised his voice at me for misunderstanding that they typically included lettuce, which I explained twice that my wife didn’t write on the list. Read moreI can not say much about this physical location, but we have ordered from this location many times. I'm usually very happy with what we receive! All of my requests were followed with a reasonably generous helping of each topping without totally overwhelming the entire sub on one thing or another. Every time we receive our subs, they are very cleanly wrapped and fresh tasting. While I'm usually very happy, I can't say that after receiving a bag of multiple subs that just had what looked like weird pen/marker marks where I can only assume they were trying to differentiate the subs from each other.
