Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Noblesville

Ordered a 2 for $4, chili dog & cheeseburger, and a double cheeseburger combo, plain, but with bacon. 2 for $4 was okay, satisfying but nothing noteworthy. The first problem came from the double cheeseburger with bacon... it was SPICY. We figured out that it was the bacon. It had to have come from the Flamethrower Grillburger, that was the only logical explanation. My boyfriend is, unfortunately, physically spice sensitive. His tongue inflamed, slight swelling, and went prickly numb for almost an hour. The second problem came up when we were trying to solve the issue, we weren't given our receipt. So we didn't have proof of purchase or if they inputed jalapeno bacon instead of regular. Spent a total of $12.30, in exact cash. Also the tea was awful. For the love of god, please CLEAN YOUR TEA DISPENSERS. PLEASE. We hardly ever get food there, only blizzards. We aren't looking for our money back, we just don't want your food ever again and want to warn people. It was a very serious mistake that could cause someone, who is even worse off, a hospital trip. Extremely poor experience today at this location. I went through the drive through. And all I wanted was a dip cone. The line was long, I should have just kept driving. I put in my order and waited in the forever long line. Third car back I could see my dip cone sitting on the window seal. Now mind, it's 95° degrees out. All ready I'm concerned about the service I am going to receive. I get to the window, and handed my cone. The chocolate is already hard, which I prefer it still soft. And as soon as I tried to bite into it, most the ice cream came out the bottom of the chocolate, all over my nice blouse and freshly cleaned car. By the way they only gave me one paper towel. I immediately said to the women manning the window, that it was all melted under the hard chocolate. Her response "sorry it's hot". We love DQ food and ice cream and sadly this location is just the worst. In the past 3 months we have visited most likely 10 times, and not one time has it gone well or quickly. On one visit we witnessed another patron have to go to the back of the kitchen to locate staff to come to the front counter after quite a wait. The next visit we dined in and waited at least 15 minutes for our food. On another we waited at the drive speaker for at least 5 minutes before anyone got on to take our order. Lord help you if you order multiple blizzards in a drink carrier, by the time they hand them to you half of them are leaking over the edge. A few weeks back they were out of milk for the next 3 days. And tonight they are out of strawberries.
