AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Norco

Unfortunately I can not give this particular autozone a good review. I had an issue with a battery that was still under warranty. I do not think autozone has a proper battery testing unit. I had my battery tested while getting an oil change last month, and the technician was able to show me on his testing unit that my battery’s cold crank amp rating was below what it should be, and that I might have troubles starting my car in the future. After getting stranded three times in the last two days, I figure that time has come to get my battery replaced. Lucky for me, my battery was still under warranty. I had both my battery, and alternator tested at this autozone. When the employee tested my battery, he told me everything was good with it. I asked him if he could tell me how many amps it was producing. He could not provide that info as his tester seemed to only be giving him a voltage rating. A quick google search will tell you that it’s possible to have a battery producing the correct voltage, but not producing the correct amperage due to a bad cell. I felt like these guys would not honor my warranty due to an employee not understanding the how to properly use their testing equipment, or even worse, autozone having equipment that is not capable of reading the amperage being produced by a battery. Lucky for me I went to the corona autozone, and the manager was able to verify what the issue was. They honored my warranty, and got me taken care of. Battery was replaced, and the car has been running great...

This was my first time going into this AutoZone and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I went in to have the motor oil for my car price matched just like I do every single time I go but the employees there refuse to do it. They stated that they only price match other Auto shops prices and no one else which is a lie. I have been getting my oil price matched for years without any problem until now. I would not suggest anybody go in here due to their ignorance, Court understanding of their company policies, and poor customer service. I simply drove to the other end of the parking lot to O'Reilly's and got the same oil price matched without any problem. I order rear brake pads online for pick same day pick up in store from a store that is out of my way because my local store doesn't have it in stock. And when I get there to pick it up I have a discussion about that store being the only one with the rear brake pads. The clerk didn't know how to do the transaction, went to the back, brought up a box of rear brake pads. Another employee then stops him from checking me out them and brings up the box they previously pulled off the shelf when they received much order. The next day when I start to change my brake pads I open the box only to discover they gave me the wrong pads. They were the ones for the front. This means the clerk who pulled my order pulled the wrong thing...
