This restaurant got my order wrong today. My simple order was their original chicken sandwich combo, which is listed on a HUGE poster on their store window and on the menu. The combo consists of a sandwich, fries, and a drink. I received my drink and fries BUT no sandwich. Instead, a couple of pieces of chicken, a CHEAPER meal, was given to me. I purchased the meal in the drive thru and when I realized the order was wrong I pulled over and went inside to get it corrected. I explained the restaurant's mistake to the person at the counter, who took my fries and the chicken away. After making me wait several minutes the worker told me I would have to wait an additional 3 more minutes for fries. WHY? I had fries until he got rid of them. After waiting about 15 minutes I was finally given my fries and chicken sandwich, BUT that is all. I received no apology, no "Thank you for your patience," no "Let's me give you a complimentary cookie, drink, or... to make up for OUR mistake." In other words, there was NO customer service. In addition, I was not given a receipt, EVEN when I stated, when I went in to the restaurant, that I had not received one in...
Read moreWow. If i could give no stars, I would! Saw they had this $20 fill up box and was excited to try them since it’s been a while. Needless to say i was DISAPPOINTED. When arriving they couldn’t “find” my order, asked me to double check i had the right location which i obviously did. Then after finding it, they said they were just waiting for the nuggets to come out. When i got home i opened the box to be disappointed, biscuits were hard and stale with some weird black/grey powder on them, the chicken looked like it had a bite taken out of it and the “crispy skin” was wet and soggy from them sitting for who knows how long. Fries were cold and stale and soggy, the only things that were actually decent to eat were the nuggets because they were fresh when we arrived. Definitely never going back to this KFC because they obviously don’t care about their quality that they’re giving out to us as customers....
Read moreI am an Uber worker and been to this location a few times this week and to be honest bad customer service and since when do they allow workers to have the kids in the work area the two times I have gone this week there has been this little girl playing on a phone or tablet she looks to be around 3 or 4 years old maybe she’s so tiny and looks untaken care Of with her hair all messy the other week I went and the same little girl was in the lobby as well playing on her device and alone I understand some mothers don’t have babysitters but that’s not a good idea to take them to work yet alone leave them unattended the manager here needs to step up and not allow this it’s very dangerous and unprofessional I will be making a complaint so that this doesn’t...
