I've been going to this location since it opened. The service has definitely gone down hill. This is the 1st time that I've actually decided to write a review pertaining to the service and the food. I went in today and purchased 2 bowls. As the server was preparing my second bowl with steak, cheese, and guacamole I asked for fajitas but they were out and the wait was 5 minutes, and I didnt have time to wait. The server was new, at least I had never seen him before. I had to tell him to give me more steak as he had only given me an extremely small portion which was not a normal portion. As I was paying for my 1st order the server proceeded to put cheese and guacamole in my bowl. As I returned to my office I sat down to eat my lunch and was surprised to see that the server had only given me a very small amount of cheese, it was really a sprinkle of cheese. This made me very upset. I went back to the Chipotle only to be told by the manager that I was wrong and this was in fact the the correct amount of cheese. This really didn't help the situation as it only upset me more. He didn't care that I was a long time client and that this had never happened before. Instead he proceeded to tell me how I was wrong and that was that. I asked him for my money back, I will not be going to this location again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to purchase 2 burrito bowls today and when I went to pay I was told I was going to be charged extra for the salsas, sour creams, and corns because they were on the side and not on the bowls. I asked since when did this extra charge appear and I didn't get a straight answer. I have been ordering all my orders this way because my food inside the bowls gets soggy since we don't eat it right away. If this is the case the customer should be notified prior to putting the lid on the bowl or you need to create signs that inform the customer of these changes and let us decide what is more convenient for us as consumers. I am very upset about this experience. Additionally, when I ordered through the app some of my sides were missing and our bowls were half full but prices continue to increase. I understand that a lot of things continue to change. However, this was the last straw and I do not appreciate the service I was given today or in the past. I do not want anybody to have the same horrible experience that I had. Therefore, I will not recommended it to anyone. The food is always great, I love Chipotle, but I came in and their kitchen hood wasn't working, and so they didn't have any chicken, steak, or chorizo. I always get the chicken. They had a sign up on their spit guard window, but their sign did not say anything about them not having fajitas. I always get fajitas as well. So when I started my order, I wasn't aware they didn't have fajitas available due to their kitchen hood not working. I asked the person at the register what they were doing for clients to compensate them for not having the items available, the person simply said, "nothing". I continued my purchase, with items that I don't normally purchase and with my bowl half full compared to what I normally get. I don't think this is fair, having to pay full price for a bowl that's half empty when compared to a normal purchase, and for having multiple items missing. If they would have offered half price, or some sort of compensation for this, then I wouldn't have wrote this negative review.
