I’m still in shock of how extremely Rude and Cold hearted my experience has been with this shop... My 2 year old son died unexpectedly in his sleep February of this year. I heard about Little bitty prints and I contacted Leigh about doing my son’s prints. She had no problem doing my order and she communicated with my sister confirming all was successful in getting my son’s hand molded. When I contacted her a couple weeks after my son’s funeral to go over the design details she seemed very disorganized and busy. I went over the details with her and she assured me it would get done and she would contact me to confirm the details when it was time. 3 months passed and still nothing . After 7 months and countless excuses by the Owner, I was told that my order couldn’t be finished and my son’s hand mold wasn’t viable anymore. She had previously confirmed that my whole order was done but her stories and excuses kept changing thru out the months. Not only was my order not complete but the Design was different and nothing like we discussed. She apologized and mentioned there would be no charge. In all this process I communicated with respect and thanked her for her time. I went in to pick up my prints today and I asked if I could have my son’s hand mold and she started to get a attitude and accused me of being ungrateful. I was in shock that I was being treated in such a Rude unprofessional way in a time of extreme grief. I kept my composure and at one point the owner tried to take the bag of prints back from me. At that point her daughter started yelling at me and they were asking me to leave the shop multiple times with no remorse or dignity. Wow... PLEASE do yourself a BIG favor and find another place to have your precious moments captured by a person who cares about your...

I was really excited for this! When I delivered my son she said his hand and foot print would be ready within 3-6 weeks... it took 11. I brushed it off becuase I honestly wasn't in a hurry I was just anxious to see it. When she texted me that it was ready she said I could get 10% off most anything in the store so I was super excited. I told my husband I'm sorry but I'm shopping today! But when I got there I felt a bad vibe. There was a young lady there not the owner. She got my sons foot print and started to wrap it up before I could even look at it. I asked if I could see it and she gave me a weird face, so I didn't even bother to ask if I could hold it. After I gave her the money for it I told her I was gonna take a look around and she left to the back. I really did not feel comfortable and welcomed so I just left. There went my joy. Not to mention its pretty pricey for being preowned. The good thing I got out of this is my sons hand and foot print. It did come out nice! I want to give it a second chance...

Not happy at all with my experience. My mom put a play pen on hold for me until 12 I showed up at 10 when the store was suppose to open and waited 15 minutes I even left a message asking to hold the item until I got off work because I was running late to work. I never got a call back but I showed up after work anyway and the lady was selling the play pen to someone else and telling her the story of how my mom put it on hold and I never showed up as I was standing right there. Then the lady told me that she was open at 10:10 which she was not because I left my message at 10:12 as I stood in front of her shop and waited to pull away until 10:15. She is a liar and a gossip I would never recommend this shop not even to my worst enemy because standing there as she told a false story about me to another customer was...
