First, let me say that I was shocked this place has a 4.7 rating. I ordered a birthday package via fromyouflowers that was filled by this florist. The package was to include a deluxe vase with flowers, happy birthday balloon, a large size teddy bear, a small box of chocolates, and a birthday card with message. Sounds pretty good right? I thought it would be well worth the over 100 dollars spent. I ordered same day shipping the night before which worked out because I needed the flowers for my grandmother's birthday that was the next day. For whatever reason, same day delivery was not available for her area so I was to have them delivered to me and I would bring them to her. The disappointment begins.
The delivery did not arrive until after 9PM. I believe 9:20 to be exact. I did not receive a call, email, or anything to indicate that the delivery would arrive late. I understand that is still considered same day technically but seriously after 9PM? It gets worse. I do not believe the flowers or vase would be considered deluxe. The flowers were limp and looked like they were on the verge of dying. The teddy bear was a small size bear, definitely not a large size. I will include pictures and you will see the size is comparable to large juice container, not a large bear worth 25 dollars. Not only was the teddy bear small, it was a devil-like Valentine's bear. I made it specifically clear in the order that this was for a grandmother's birthday and someone thought it was a great idea to include a devil resembling bear (Valentine was two months ago). The small box of chocolates were substituted for a candy bar that looked like it cost one dollar. And the worst part was the birthday card. The message was to read, "There's no cancelling Birthday wishes! We love you grandma and hope that you have a great day!." Instead it read, "There's no cancelling Birthday wishes! We love you grandma and hope that There's no chance that you have a great day!." Wow. I cannot help but to think if this was intentional or some kind of sick joke. First, the devil resembling teddy bear and then the demeaning message. This company says that they have built a reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service, but I did not receive either. The flowers were not beautiful and the service was definitely not prompt.
Needless to say, grandmother did not receive any flowers. I will arrange something else. I also understand that sometimes florist will substitute with comparable items when they do not have what was originally ordered. However, i received nothing that was comparable to what I ordered besides a single balloon. This was completely unacceptable.

Read moreI ordered two gift baskets from 1800flowers and Floral Masters was the vendor selected for my area. The baskets that are online offered premium cheese spreads, seasoned flatbread, cranberry seasalt almonds, Ghirardelli chocolate and assorted fruit. What I got was items from Dollar Tree and Kroger. The cards were supposed to have a meaningful message to the recipients for their special day, instead there were just business cards with "Thanks and have a nice day". 1800 Flowers did rectify the situation but in the mean time the store manager from Floral Masters called me in a hostile manner with a few choice words about how he's a mom & pop shop and he's not getting paid for this and that he's coming up to my place of business and I BETTER have his baskets -- baskets which 1800 Flowers told us to keep since the error was on them. This was beyond unprofessional and ignorant and if he does decide to come up to my place of business with foolishness he will be met with police officers as they are on the premise. His behavior was BEYOND disgusting. Update Apparently the owner saw my review and sent a screenshot to the manager who ONCE AGAIN called being hostile. The owner called shortly after, not letting me get a word in edgewise. At the end of our conversation the owner essentially asked me to remove this review because I'm hurting his business. However, I'm of the opinion that nasty customer service from the manager is ruining his business. I ask him to have his manager issue me an apology if he would like for this to be removed. Read moreI order ahead of time for these flowers for a funeral, and I call in multiple times to make sure the flowers would get there by 10:00. They told me, “it will definitely arrived at 10”. On the day of the funeral, my flowers did not arrived yet and all of my friends and relatives flowers had arrived from a different company called Ann’s flowers. I call in 11:00 asking, where are my flowers?” And they answered, “do you want to cancelled your order or do you want to continue your delivery?” I told them I want to continue, because the ceremony is already being held, and I have no way of ordering a different batch of flowers and I have to stay at the ceremony. The flowers finally arrived at 1:00 and KEEP IN MIND, THE STORE WAS 15 MINUTES AWAY!!! The flowers came in and they did not looked anything like the picture, they were all drooping and the arrangement was very messy. I highly do not recommend ordering here for your sake. I placed a review 1 month ago and it never showed up. Apparently the picture that I uploaded were said to be copyrighted because it was reported that it was copyright.
