La Tropicana heladeria — Restaurant in Georgia

If At All Possible I would definitely give this store no stars due to the fact that I am a DoorDash driver I came to the restaurant to pick up a order at 9:50 PM as I walk into the store I was being stared at by the woman behind the counter she started talking in Spanish there were five people people ahead of me who were also of the Spanish race she then proceeds to speak in her language as everyone in the restaurant is looking at me I didn’t ask what is going on they proceeded to tell me that the person in front of me who is ethnicity is also Spanish was the last person they were going to serve I let them know I was not there to buy anything I was there to pick up a DoorDash order I proceeded to show them the order on my phone they said they do not do DoorDash although I am showing the proof on my phone they continue to deny me service in order for me to deliver this customer‘s order from DoorDash I am filing a report to DoorDash about this restaurant I feel like I was racially profiled against for no reason this is not OK will never be OK extremely unacceptable and they just closed at 10 o’clock mind you I was...

This spot is a must-stop if you're anywhere near Gwinnett County. Everything was worth every single penny. You can taste the freshness thick, rich, and bursting with flavor. Each dessert packs a powerful punch and matches exactly what it’s supposed to taste like. No guessing, no shortcuts just bold, delicious, handcrafted goodness.

The customer service? A1. The cashier was so sweet and welcoming, which just made the experience even better. The inside is clean, cute, colorful, and full of good vibes. I loved how they played their Spanish music it gave it an authentic, feel-good energy.

They also have a great variety of desserts, so there’s something for everybody. Whether you’re craving something fruity, creamy, crunchy, or cold…they got it....

Customer service needs work. It's a shame because they have a decent amount of menu options. My daughter, who doesn't eat chocolate ordered a strawberry banana crepe. Nowhere on the menu does it say that it comes with chocolate, the picture on the menu doesn't show chocolate. When she received her order, it had chocolate inside. I went back to ask if that was chocolate or cajeta, and explained that my daughter does not eat chocolate. She said "it's obvious they all have chocolate" pointing up at the menu. She said the only one without it is the fruity pebbles one. How am I supposed to know if there is no description on the menu? Obviously I'm not expecting them to know my daughter doesn't consume chocolate, but the attitude was...
