I actually enjoy the food and probably come here once a week. Tonight, March 21, around 845pm I ordered my food in drive through as I normally do. Didnt take long to get it. She handed me my bag shut the window and walked away. I checked my bag I was missing something. I sat there waited for them to notice me get what I was missing and send me on my way. That didn’t happen although I made eye contact with 2 of the workers on separate occasions. A few minutes later I beep the horn. Again someone looks me in my eye, completely disregards me, and continues with packing up the salsas. At this point I feel pretty disrespected and Dismissed. Especially after I have spent my money. I wait in the window in the drive through for at least 12 or 13 additional minutes . There are 4 or 5 cars behind me. I cannot believe they would rather hope I pull off than to check on me and see what I need. Finally someone opens the window and I say “are you serious, you all have seen me sitting here all this time and no one cared to see what I needed. No joke, She shut the window. I pulled out of the drive through to proceed home. I have my baby in the car seat so going inside wasn’t an option. I was honestly flabbergasted and upset bc I knew I would never be able to patronize this establishment again. Customer service is so important to me. It’s more important than the food to me. Bc whomever I give my money to I want to feel good about my patronage. But it seems as though we come south and expect to locate some portrayal of southern hospitality but I have pretty much found anything but that. So I’m disappointed and I will not be back. Please teach your employees the customer comes first and without the customer there would be...
Read moreWould give 0 stars if possible. In a world with so many options, choose places that have incredible customer service even if the food is average. This was not great customer service.
The place was dirty. The ceiling is moldy and water damaged. The seating outdoors looks dusty and messed up. The floors are disgusting. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Employees were not wearing gloves…for a place with such awful indoor conditions.
The employees Messed up the order: did not want to do a refund. Did not want to even CORRECT the order to my liking. It was as simple as having me wait for another few minutes to transfer to the correct tortilla that I wanted. If it had been any other place, I feel like my wants would have been accepted.Asked nicely for a correction and denied immediately. Instead, Blamed me saying that I was supposed to tell them I wanted flour tortilla instead of corn: if there is a choice a customer should be told that. It was not specified on the menu to order in the building that my item of choice was default corn tortilla.
Hard to understand the lady at the front who does drive thru. I started ordering with her while inside for dine in. She was also working the front.
this is a place for the ones whose culture it is centered around. It is also an establishment in desperate need of some work. To make it better suited for ALL paying customers. ATL is huge, so everyone should feel like the food is worth their money. This was...
Read moreHonestly, this place is fantastic. The food is delicious and completely price correctly. You walk to a humble place, the restaurant it self only has the basic function. There is a table for you to sit, but you will be uncomfortable because they are to small/thigh. If you have a party over 4 you won't be able to sit together. There is free refills for fizzy soda, but tradition waters is extra charge. You can order steak and it will come pre cut because they don't have hard silverware (only Plastic). I swear they never change the channel on their television, so you are watching the news, music videos, or kids cartoons. Overall, this place is the bomb, the food make you feel like you travel to the place this was all started. So... Thank you. You bring me peace in my heart when I am so far...
