Been in here twice. Decent customer service both times, especially last visit. The guy helped me on price for a d8 cart. The reduction in rating is due to the actual product I received. He recommended a particular d8 cart that he had tried with success, and my experience was the total opposite. The viscosity of the d8 was too thick to actually coat the wick of the cartridge(even after priming the cart and letting sit for a very long time). On top of that, when I finally got it working, it gave me an intense headache. Afterwards, I ordered from a reputable vendor with very high ratings on their carts. I noticed a huge difference. Cart worked right away, proper viscosity and purity. Threw away the old cart from this location and used the new cart I ordered from reputable vendor.

I won't say some of the other D8 products aren't good, because I haven't tried them. I also don't COMPLETELY blame the store because this is a common occurrence amongst these type of places. They support local vendors(which is a good thing in my opinion), but some times they get burned and it's always unfortunate when that low quality gets passed onto the customer. My main take away- If you're buying something other than a dry good, actually see if you can find reviews of the particular brand you plan on buying online before purchasing. I kind of bought this on a whim without following my own advice, which is a lesson I learned long ago and didn't follow on this particular occasion. I partially blame myself and therefore still give some credit for the solid customer service. I had been looking around for a replacement piece of my vape that had been cracked. It was the actual "glass" cylindrical container piece since my device has a number of pieces that screw in with rubber gaskets and all that to prevent leaking. Anyways, it's an essential part but it was never in the handful of stores I had checked at until I was told about this place and that because they do repairs and I guess more technical work on the vapes they might have it. Not only did they have it, they had a larger upgraded 'glastic' container. So they were super helpful, friendly, and saved me from having to spend over 10x's the price of the single replacement piece for an entire device...
