AT&T Store — Local services in Norfolk

We recently switched our cell service to AT&T. We needed to return our old iPhones and went into the Wards Corner store. We were immediately greeted by Neal, the manager, as soon as we entered the store. To say that Neal understands customer service is an understatement. He is a STAR!! He was extremely friendly, helped us save some money on our new account, assisted his colleague with a difficult customer, answered the phone, and still made us feel like his number one priority. Neal is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and an outstanding manager. ...

Neal and Teryike where wonderful! Was having problems for two months not being able to use three phones I was paying for. There was a mix up on someone's end with black listing and wronging the problems of stolen phones and these two solved it in minutes comapared to the 5-6weels of people passing me through phone numbers trying to find a person to solve the problem. They where wonderful and even helped me get my CNA discount! It was fast and easy. Way better then hours to weeks to a month on the phone trying to solve...

The first time I was in Kevin helped me. He was friendly, helpful, gave me options, and took care of getting me setup with a new phone. I didn't end up liking the phone so 8 days later I came back to return it, this time O was helped by Bill and a new associate he was training. Bill was also friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of me in a timely manner. They took the phone back, updated my account, and waived the restocking fee. All in all my two experiences at this store...
