We recently switched our cell service to AT&T. We needed to return our old iPhones and went into the Wards Corner store. We were immediately greeted by Neal, the manager, as soon as we entered the store. To say that Neal understands customer service is an understatement. He is a STAR!! There was a mix up on someone's end with black listing and wronging the problems of stolen phones and these two solved it in minutes comapared to the 5-6weels of people passing me through phone numbers trying to find a person to solve the problem. I didn't end up liking the phone so 8 days later I came back to return it, this time O was helped by Bill and a new associate he was training. Bill was also friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of me in a timely manner. They took the phone back, updated my account, and waived the restocking fee.
