Clean Eatz — Restaurant in Norfolk

Hello, my name is Joshua, and I am a customer with clean eats. I have been using your service since I have discovered your company. I started off small, receiving each shipment without issue to my initial address, and then worked my way to your big box services after I have moved to a new address. I tested the address out with another company and recieved my package without dispute. So I ordered my first box with clean eatz, this was the Big KETO Box for $179.38. Which I never received, so i called my bank and your company as the merchant for further communication and resolution. I was temporarily reimbursed. This morning, I received an adjustment in my bank account of $179.38. This adjustment was due to my first purchased delivery that I have not received in December. Because of this, I have ordered a second keto box to my first address that same month, which I received without any problems. The address that the delivery service made was not delivered properly yet it was delivered on paper with accurate information but I never received the delivery and the box became perishable wherever it was delivered on paper. I have paid for 2 big box keto meals summing up to $360, only to receive one box for that month, which I enjoyed. The reimbursement was reversed this morning 2 months later, placing me in a dilemma. I am concerned that other customers will have this issue and will ruin the integrity of your company because I love your service, yet this discrepancy was not solved properly and the communication with the delivery service and the merchant for the customer was not honest. My order #377082 was disputed and reversed, yet order #378049 was the purchase i made to my first address without any issues and was enjoyed pleasantly that month, and I was pleased. I was on my way to clean eatz to pick up a protein box because of the wonderful service, yet this order#377082 has been reversed just this morning, and my trust for the company has been ignored. I am wishing this problem to be solved sympathetically and the trust for your customers to be regularly recognized if they are potentially a regular for your company and your companies service. Norfolk Location: hit or miss I came back today to get another bowl, and the rice was not cooked thoroughly. I was scared I broke off the attachments to my invisalign from how hard the rice was (literally tiny pebbles hard). I ordered the same thing, and I got different answers as to how many sauces and veggies I could add to my bowl, so that was confusing since I literally ordered the same thing yesterday. Yesterday's experience was way different ; I got a bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it. And then I got burgers for dinner, which were really good. Keeping in mind, obviously, these meals are meant to be low caloried,so if you are used to big meals, you may be left hanging. Sadly, it's a hit or miss. The pre-made meals are great but are really soggy obviously from them being frozen, which I understand. It does make prepping easy. There's some give and take. Also, I wonder if their name clean eatz is because it will clean you out! Which I'm not mad about, but I do question if they add some kind of "secret seasoning" to make you go. Definitely make sure you are by a bathroom after eating these. Lol

I really wanted to completely like/enjoy more my most recent visit at Clean Eatz in Norfolk Virginia for multiple reasons: the employee taking the food order from my husband and I was cordial and the drink that came with the bowl that I ordered was refreshing. I selected a small build a bowl that included salmon quinoa and kale cherry tomatoes spinach banana peppers with salmon cilantro lime sauce and clean herbz option with a Yo Yo Berry smoothie. The small bowl I ordered tasted delish however the berry smoothie I ordered tasted differently than I expected. The fruit in the smoothie tasted fine however I may have been far from use to the taste of whichever smoothie crème andor vanilla powder that comes with the smoothie. My husband selected the black & bleu chicken salad with a chocolate covered strawberry smoothie. The salad dressing that came with my husband’s salad and the chickpeas tasted differently than he expected and naturally he only had a few bites of the salad. However if I ever return to ordering something else from Clean Eatz I might just order the small bowl option only that comes with the choice of...
