How fun! Its like Chipotle, but for pizza! Ill start off by saying that I really dig the interior/layout. The rustic tables inside are very pretty and there's plenty out outside seating as well with a nice atmosphere. They have actual menus you hold AND the same stuff written on the walls, for everyones convince. So, I think you have the option of making your own pizza, salad, or panini, obviously I was here for the pizza, so Ill explain how the pizza part of this works. You can build you own, or choose a "favorite" thats already built. My boyfriend got "The Nat". This one was pre built with basil pesto, mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and chicken. It was delicious I might add. If he wasn't getting that one then it certainly would have been my choice. But alas, since he stole my idea ;) I decided to try out building my own.
You choose what kind of dough you want to start- white, wheat, or gluten free. Then choose sauce, cheese, and toppings. There's a decent meat selection which I was happy about because, #carnivore. And lots of veggies. Okay, so what I really thought was awesome about the place was that you could choose however many toppings you wanted! So, I know for say, Pizza Hut, they are weird about how many toppings you add because it makes the pizza harder to cook. So I thought Your Pie was going to act the same way. But as I went down the line and added more and more items, all they kept saying was "anything else?". Be still my heart.
The pizza itself came out in under 10 minutes. And final result: was delicious! Even with all of those topping my pizza wasn't soggy. I really loved how perfectly it was cooked! I was so so pleased with my pie!!!
Oh! And Pro Tip. If you check in you get a free gelato (this is as of May 2017). Which is delicious as well and a great...
Read moreI've been coming here for a few years now. I love the convenience of ordering on the app and my pizzas have always turned out just as I ordered. I also enjoy the points reward system for free items. They taste fantastic. Service is generally very nice also. I think there is room for improvement in a few areas: have more drink options available on the machine, have bottled ranch available, display the gelato (sometimes it's in the back instead of the display case?). My favorite pizza ingredients: marinara, shredded mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, sausage, jalapenos, pineapple, basil. Hot honey pepperoni is also delicious.
Edit: actually removing a star. It seems like the staff working there these days doesn't want to go through the motions of setting up the store properly. I ordered ahead online for an 11:15 a.m. pick up. None of the salads, dressings, or anything were out in the display yet. There were four staff members working that I could see. Two were sitting and watching cartoons. I asked if I could have some ranch and they said they were out already. How about making some more and having the store ready to function upon opening instead of just telling me there's no ranch? Store bought simply isn't going to cut it. And I like to dip my pizza in ranch. Now my tasting experience will be lower than expected. First world problems, I know. I can never seem to get a jar of ranch either. And lately it seems difficult to even get a...
Read moreWent most recently for the "Pi Day) special on 3-14, when they offer a pizza with a price to match the date! As always has been my experience, 5/5 stars!
Line was understandably long thanks to the promotion, but normally it's a fairly quick process to get inside, pick out your crust, sauce and then toppings - and have it baked fresh right in front of you.
Decent selection of toppings were available, (although mushrooms were out at the time of this visit due to the far higher than expected turnout) and everything looked fresh, and the special combination I ordered tasted great.
The pizzas are as complex or simple as you want them to be, and the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. It's far from a tiny place, but the seating is nowhere near sufficient for this event - so my recommendation is to take it to go if you come on Pi Day!
This was our first time trying their gelato, loved the mint chocolate chip, but the apple pie was more "pie" and not enough apple, in my opinion, with an abundance of cinnamon sugar. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great flavor - just not what I thought "apple pie" was going to taste like, even with the limitations of it being gelato vs...
