Black Rifle Coffee — Restaurant in Norfolk

Their coffee is delicious! But I have a few cons about this place. It’s inconsistent with customer service & drinks. I typically like to go here on the weekends to get the same coffee as I always do before work. But the older Asian lady that works in the morning for drive through always catches an attitude when I’m ordering. On top of that I always ask with light ice and there’s a huge empty gap for a $6 drink?! And the other lady that worked there super skinny gal handed me the drink and I asked if they can fill the gap and she told me because I got light ice they don’t give extra milk. The afternoon shift always makes my drink right and are very friendly!! I have no issues with them and make the drink worth my money. I’d love to rate it all 5 stars but being treated bad is not a vibe for me. I definitely will be taking my business and money elsewhere on...

Visit both shops regularly, the E. Little creek location I would say would be my least favorite. I get making coffee the way people like can get tedious, but when asking for certain things they like to take short cuts and not make items as ordered, or in some cases give the completely wrong item in the drive thru. I’ve never had a problem from the Virginia Beach blvd location and they are always SUPER friendly. I’ve brought up the decencies to the people working at the E. Little creek location and they acknowledge that you said something but don’t retain the criticism. I guess i should check my order before driving away like any other drive thru and that’s my fault so im just here to let anyone else know to check your order and I guess not to order anything to “custom” because they may not make it...

Three of us visited and all got different coffee drinks; a nitro cold brew, a mocha flavored late, and one with salted caramel, dark chocolate, and whipped cream. Nobody liked what they got. I thought the nitro cold be was supposed to be smooth, but mine was bitter. The breakfast sandwiches are adorably cute when juxtaposed with the atmosphere; they are mini sized sandwiches... maybe 3" across. The bacon is that really thin bacon. It's enough to give flavor, but no real substance. The sandwiches are tasty, but when the sandwich is advertised as being served on a bagel, one expects a normal sized bagel, not a mini bagel.
