I recently treated myself to a Coach bag for my birthday, and I was really excited about the purchase. I pre-ordered the bag online and decided to pick it up in-store instead of having it delivered.

When I arrived at the outlet, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the purse wasn’t wrapped at all; it was simply placed in a paper bag. That struck me as odd for a brand-new item that had just dropped that, but I was still excited, accepted the bag and left.

Once I got to my car and inspected the purse more closely, I saw multiple scuff marks on the hinges and the handle. It was disappointing, especially since I had just bought it. I called the store and spoke with a staff member (I believe her name was Evelyn), and inquired if they had any wrapped purses in the back. She told me they didn’t, I told her I would still like to exchange and would be coming back into the store, but when I returned to exchange it, I was shown a wrapped purse, which felt inconsistent and confusing.

Overall, while the staff was polite, the experience left me feeling a bit let down. I’m more likely to order online in the future to avoid...

I love Coach pocketbooks, etc. & I've been to many different stores & online as well. I usually always find something I can't live without & purchased it, however your rug almost caused me & some others in my party to be dizzy, almost pass out & we were close to vomiting! I have know idea if anyone else has told you about this problem, but they should have! I had 2 purses to buy but I literally had to put them back & buy nothing & had to leave abruptly. I know this will not break you with me not buying something, but you need to be aware that your rug can cause seizures along with the issues I had & my family members had & other issues. I was extremely disappointed & it caused me to be sick the rest of that day, not to mention how far we traveled to shop at your store (we came from the other side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel) I just wanted you to be aware of the problem your carpet can do & does to some people & I hope to keep buying from...

Awful, I attempted to visit this coach for the holidays as I'm an avid coach customer. Upon arrival the lady at the front very rudely told us we have to wait out in the cold AND they were only accepting cash. I could understand the cash as there were strong winds however she said it with a complete attitude. I couldn't understand the wait outside as, 1: there was absolutely no one in the store 2: It was freezing and windy 3: there wasn't many people trying to enter 4: coach NEVER has customers waiting outside I tried a second attempt as we were leaving when the was NO line and onve again the same rude lady said we couldn't enter. When we asked why, she rudely claimed that people needed to go on breaks etc. Mind you no other store in the mall, with even less staff, had any issues servicing us.
