Jamba — Restaurant in Norfolk

If I could give no stars that would be the accurate rating for this facility. It is sad that getting a smoothie bowl can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. It makes no sense at all. They claim it takes time to make a bowl, but fail to mention its because of their need to have full blown conversations and most don't know how to make the bowl. I'm sorry but rather than have a bunch of teenagers, all on the same shift, there needs to be more adults. Hopefully, with having more supervision, there will be more accountability. They love to offer excuses, but no improvement on results. Just because your establishment has been opened for less than two months, is no excuse for not being skilled at your job. My husband and I drove almost an hour just to have Jamba Juice and our experience was anything BUT pleasant. Went in on Friday and the employees were literally screaming at each other across the establishment. The customer service here is extremely terrible as the employees are nonchalant and absolutely rude. They were so distracted by screaming at each other, they got the orders wrong. how can a medium juice be worth $8.50??
