I had a generally positive experience with the majority of the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and contributed to making my overall visit enjoyable. However, I feel it is important to address a concern regarding an interaction I had with one particular employee, Riley.
During my interaction with Riley, I observed behaviors that raised concerns about her state of mind. Her behavior was erratic, her speech was slurred, and she clumsily.Throughout our conversation, Riley appeared to struggle with focus and seemed disinterested and detached, often providing vague or incoherent responses. This made it incredibly frustrating to engage in a conversation with someone who appeared to be impaired.
While I understand that everyone faces personal challenges, it is crucial for businesses to maintain a safe and drug-free environment for both employees and customers. It is essential that management promptly addresses this issue to ensure the well-being of their staff and the satisfaction of their patrons.

Once we arrived we waited for over 10 mins, not because they were busy but clearly didnât care they had customers. One of the sales associates had to tell a member to assist us after we patiently waited. We gave out information so they could look us up in the stystem and were told they could find us. They asked if we had a receipt? My husband pulled up his receipt via email and then we were told we needed a physical receipt of purchase because they couldnât take the emailed version. After one of the sale associates remembered him from Friday she told her associate to go into the office to grab the paperwork because the computers werenât correctly working. Long story short we left because she didnât go grab the information but just kept telling us we needed a printed receipt when we were never given one. So I start my search expecting to at least find it in a store in person. No such luck. Until, that is, I went to Zales. Riley was an absolute gem and worked with me to make this happen. We customized the band I wanted and chose the lab diamond too. Dean was also of great help with choosing which diamond was best suited for my budget and taste. The process was super easy and my dream ring came just in time before my trip. It is absolutely gorgeous. I still haven't seen this ring in any store other than online where I wouldve had doubts of its authenticity. So I feel pretty special right now and lucky to be able to have this beautiful ring with me....
