First time here last summer and not going to lie, place needs an overhaul. I could swear there was, what I later found to be, goose 💩 in the shallow ends of the pool? I know the geese are all over that area, and I get that it cannot always be controlled, but not really my thing to swim with it floating around? Lifeguards, bless their hearts, were pretty nonchalant and truthfully, out of their depth, as crowd control was not taught in training. I grew up in public pools so I am totally comfortable w/kids playing, crowded waters, etc, but this place is another level, and frankly, needs a few adults out front once in awhile to actually see what is going on. The older kids are always awful when I am here, which is very rarely, and if not for how much I love my granddaughter, it would be never. As a young kid, she loves it , but even she commented at the end of last summer that we needed to find a new outdoor pool. For what they charge, I expect a whole lot more, they need to step...
Read moreAwesome place to spend time if you are visiting or even awesome if you are local to the place. A nice aquatic park with pool from zero depth to swim lane. Three layers in the pool zero depth to 5 feet and 5 feet to 6 feet (I believe) and then 6 feet to 8 (I think) where two swim lanes. Also there is separate jumping board, slides . Lifeguard s are always looking, alert and respond quickly. I saw them being very alert for people who could drown. Commendable actions. Bravo to them. Also there is three slides separate. Two tube slides and straight dive down like slides lands on 3ft 8in depth water. These slides are height specific and 42 inch is the minimum requirement. A full day could be well spent here. There is a concession area that provides food. You can also bring your food as well. I will recommend this place over other...
Read moreWe really enjoy Fairview! They've done an excellent job maintaining it and the kids love the zero entry. They've got three long slides for 42" and up, a little slide near their zero entry for the younger kids, and two short slides that go straight into the deep end. There are plenty of lounge chairs and also lots of grass on a hill for when it's super busy and you want to hang out outside of the pool. There is also a splash pad next to the...
