Was an excellent dispensary with a very friendly staff, they had great deals and I see myself coming again. (10-22-24) This is my favorite dispensary. The ounce prices are better than any deal I've ever seen. I'll only ever shop here, totally worth an hour out of my way over, waisting it in NYS. 12-30-24 I know how to get to clear sky from where I live without any hiccups. This place has the best bud, bud prices, anywhere in western Massachusetts. No one I've been to can compete. Thank you for having amazing products super cheap. 2-6-25 Still a five-star establishment. I decided to try a cart, and I was lucky enough to grab the Nature's Heritage RS11 half gram live resin glass tank. It smacks, with 7.5% terpenes. This shop knows what's hot and what's not they put everyone to shame.

They seem to know when new products need to be seen. They're always changing the menu, adding this and that. It's never a dull time surfing the menu as i do frequently, and not to my surprise, i see new products and brands.

3 stars. Could have been 5 if not for putting the customer in a weird place when paying.
I can understand the convenience provided by a place like this and can get behind what they bring to the table. I can also understand the fees for credit card or debit card processing being passed onto the customer. What is weird is telling the customer after they pay, "Our system rounds up to the nearest $5 increment, so here's your change." as you're handed cash back right over a tip bowl. It sure felt like a way to guilt trip a tip out of your customers for your employees. Seemingly it works, but it feels bad as a customer.
You can keep the tip, but you've lost a potential repeat customer.
Edit: to the owner who replied... It's the principle of the matter. I had a transaction that said one price in front of me, and then you go ahead and charge my card and immediately after it's been charged I'm told "here's your change". You charged me something different than what you showed me on the screen, and never once did it list anywhere I was utilizing your store as an ATM. There's other fees imposed by banks for that, so you should make a notice to your customers that you in fact are not taking payment, but being utilized as a out of network ATM. Read moreI would love to give it 5 stars because these guys are absolutely great. Even higher ups in the company are great. I purchased a disposable vape only to get home and found the battery was dead AND wouldn't take a charge. I thought I was out over $30 because I know generally there isn't going to be returns on things once you've left. I can tell you this is indeed NOT the case. I dropped a quick email on the site and I had a response within minutes telling me not worry and bring it back and they'd simply trade it out or give me something of the same value, no fuss no muss.
The ONLY reason I'm dropping this to 3 stars is all about pre-purchase. I HATE having to come in and shop because every time I do it ends up being a busier time when that's what everyone in the area is doing (this has nothing to do with the lowered score but sets up why) and it turns into a horribly long experience. Problem solved anyways because I pretty much always pre-order, but NONE of the "sales/specials" are reflected in the price online and even though it says it "special pricing will be reflected at in store checkout", it never is. I get texts all the time from you about the specials but then get punished for ordering ahead, which is actually far less work for the staff, but paying more. If this ever gets fixed, you're back to 5...
