It's consistently OK.
They have one or two dishes that I haven't seen everywhere else (there's a pepper chicken that is actually quite good). They also have lettuce wrap-up rolls, which I rarely see at buffets and like (but they tend to run out).
Otherwise: too much space taken up by non-Chinese food. OK - if this were the 1980s I'd "get" that you have to offer a few American things because someone might not come with a group otherwise, but it's 2020. Let's get rid of the french fries and other non-Chinese stuff and give the poor chefs some space and opportunity to expose us to some interesting Chinese dishes - rotate one or two things out so that the customer can make discoveries, instead of the same 12 dishes in the same places every time. Do THAT and you'll go from "cheap run-of-the-mill Chinese buffet" to "cool Chinese buffet that's NOT run-of-the-mill and worth hitting regularly".

Don't show up expecting phenomenal, or even traditional, oriental food. The food is palatable, mostly. Stick with the food in the center buffet area as it gets rotated the most.
