Facet Jewelers Inc — Local services in North Attleborough

Not being from the area and attempting to chose a jeweler is very intimidating. Unless you are looking for a chain store inside of a mall it's very important to pick a jeweler that is honest, listens to you and one that makes you feel comfortable; we found all of those things at Facet Jewelers. We had probably been to about 2-3 other places within a 30 miles radius before walking into this beautiful, clean and friendly environment. We were greeted by Jill (who by the way is the sweetest person ever) and she helped talk to us a little about what they had and what they could do for us. Once she knew we were shopping for an engagement ring that we wanted to be a little more customized, she introduced us to Richard the owner. This is when we knew that we had found the jewelry store for us! He was so knowledgeable and it didn't feel like we were speaking to someone that just wanted to make a buck off of us. He talked to us about options (what we liked, what we didn't, what would help to keep cost down, etc.) and told us he would get back to us in a few days. Richard called us 2 days later to let us know he found some diamonds he wanted us to check out so we came in again. He truly listened to us and it made the process so enjoyable. Between us viewing the wax model Richard designed for us and choosing just the right diamonds, we probably had 5 appointments in total. Each one was more exciting then the other and we joked about the fact that we loved going in talk to Richard.....about all different topics, not even the ring! In the end he designed the most amazing ring.....better than we imagined it to be! Did I say, "In the end..."? Sorry I meant the end of that adventure but I can promise you that we will continue to go to Facet Jewelers and recommend this place for as long as he stays around! Hi been to alot of chain jewelry stores and they always want to sell you something. I’m fairly new to Attleboro area. I drove by saw this jewelry store and I went in. Jill was so sweet explaining my situation. I wanted to do to my Ring because my five year anniversary.. So she asked me to speak to Richard we spent about 15mins. discussed discussing what I would like. I wanted a Cushing setting diamond.with three rows of diamonds for the band . We spent weeks specially designing this. We finally got it right and he kept his word that I will receive it on November 3 this year it’s a beautiful ring he made using my own diamonds. I get so many compliments on it. I will never go back to a chain jewelry store again. Thank you Lisa L

Richard was a pleasure to work with. He knows the diamond industry and his true goal is a satisfied customer. As I was shopping for an engagement ring, he procured several stones that he thought I would like. He had me view each one under his microscope, showing me the difference between size, cut, dimensions, color, and clarity. He really took the time to help me understand what I was buying and why prices were different for each stone. Richard did a phenomenal job of coaching me through selecting the right diamond for her.
