Stop & Shop — Local services in North Attleborough

Sarah the manager doesn’t know with one penni what customers service means. She told me “i am the manger — nice try “ When i was talking to the one under her management who honored it for me . By the way it was 1$ discount, not even talking about her — she came up to me and said “ if you wanna say something talk to me” i have been in customer service for years and never seen a horrible person like her, i am a loyal customer to stop and shop for more than 10 years. For the second day in a row, my brother went to ask for something on your website ( i got evidence ) to be discounted from 2.49$ to 1.99$. First she said that this needed to be added one hour before, she actually saw that i added it the night before on my phone. She said well, it’s not the right store or whatever, i am not doing it for you . She clearly won’t do it anyway.When another store manager came to do it for us she looked at him and he said sorry I can’t.the other manager was in a red face and couldn’t do anything to her. I am calling the corporate on her. She is a horrible human being. Choose your employee wisely or you will lose a lot. I have never seen in my life...

Not a good Stop n Shop. Fist you pay more because the location, and that would be fine if the business reflects the price. It doesn't; This store is not well maintained. The automatic doors are regularly broken or open extremely slow. At one point the robot that tells employees to clean was broken. Someone dropped a cucumber in the floral area. It was there for more then a week. The self checkout 'bagging area' on most machines seem to be out of calibration. They constantly request you remove unexpected items that don't exist, or to place the item in the area after you have. Make what should be a simple transaction longer, and more complex. Having to constantly wait for the employee who is likely dealing with another machine. Then there is their inventory. They are out of stock on items constantly. Items available at the Wrentham Shop n Shop just down rt 1, so it not like they can't get them. The only saving grace giving them 2 and not 1 star is some of the employees are very nice,...

I always shop here because it's so close to my house. Actually I'm right between here and Shaw's. It's quite expensive, but the quality of fresh foods is so much better. I used to study the circulars and shop both to save money but I stopped going to Shaw's all together. Stop and Shop has better produce, far better deli, is cleaner and I find the layout easier to navigate. I use the app to get digital coupons, make a list to follow and find special deals but it needs a lot of work. Slow, crashes a lot etc. I have to start my list a week ahead of time.(Really) But paper lists don't work for me and I like to know how much it's all going to cost. I do wish I had a Market Basket closer...
