Horrible customer service. No one knows anything when you ask them. Even when I call, I get a reservation agent that attempts to reach players services for me or the promo zone for me, epic fail! Straight to voicemail! The reservation agents even transfer me to security there and the security can’t even communicate via phone with the departments either, epic fail! I’ve tried for months to have a human being answer the phone to answer one question, just one! The waitresses sprint past you as you’re sitting there with dry mouth dying for a drink! It’s terrible! It is very dirty there. There needs to be more diversity in the promo zone department! Same faces that never call my name. Everyone knows everyone because most of the employees are from surrounding towns and they are extremely lazy. There needs to be More diversity please, I’d like to see more people that look like me working there to ensure fairness, especially in the promotions department. I hope one day I can call the players club and not get voicemail. I pray that it becomes more diverse. I also wish that the waitresses will slow down and be friendly and not mean. Thank you

It’s now 4/17/25, I go to the sportsbook to order take out. I’m totally ignored by a little Asian bartender. I then see the manager coming from the back and told her that I’ve been seated here waiting and a couple comes up 8minutes after me and immediately gets serviced. She said she would get someone to service me. I’ve never been a problem to these people. I don’t know why I’m treated this way. I feel really sad. No pride in the facility. Mens bathrooms are never cleaned. Always puddles of urine on the floor. Paper towels are never stocked, soap dispensers usually low.

Restaurants close a couple hour earlier than I would like. They have a real-healthy restaurat option B-Good, which doesn't offer all the options as other nearby B-Good restaurants. There is a nice refrigerator selection of single purchase sandwiches soda energy drinks, but they lock the door early in the evening. Maybe 10pm. Dunkin Donuts stays open till 3am, but I never want a greasy fat-pill after noon.

Instead of attractive statues, they have stickers on the wall, which are in dis-repair from guests ripping and pealing the edges.

Nice parking lot, and valley service, lots of room to park.

Awesome horse racing track and getting area.

The short 100 yard bicycle route is out of place, with no others around for 10s of miles.

The Security staff is very good and very helpfull, and they have helped me personally resolve an issue.

That have some really good live cover bands that play there, but they need to change the format to prevent the annoying interruption in music for poorly timed casino contest winner announcements.

Perfect little place in a good location from where I live. I wish drinks could be served 24hr but MA lawmakers forget that nightshift exists... Anyways I enjoy the early mornings here not a lot of people around meaning I get to sit where I want. If you want entertainment come after noon, and mainly fri - sat night it's packed all stores open, live shows, it's great and also incredible the amount of entertainment they were able to fit in this small venue. There's so many bathrooms and that's a huge plus, they're also very clean. Wish there were more hand sanitizer around because even though they do their best cleaning the machines some clueless patrons will just have their stick dirty fingers over everything and it's hard to keep up. Drinks mixed with vodka only $7 also cheap house whiskey drinks which is always great. There's mostly new but still a fairly large amount of also older machines. There's no table games but they do have machine blackjack, baccarat, dice and roulette. Smoking is not allowed inside but there's a cute smokers section in front of the oyster restaurant. Besides the bar, sport Bar and seafood restaurant they have a pizza place, a whalburguers and of course a dunkin. There's also sports betting in there. Most employees don't have a staring problem and are fairly nice to you. The greeting older dude at entrance is always nice. I go regularly to 2 casinos and this is one of them. Check it out...
