I love a good home good find, especially when it is the perfect piece of furniture. I visited the Plainville store on 8/19/25 and unexpectedly found a console table that matched what I had been searching. It was $300, which was fine for me to pay, however it had a few visible nicks and staining blotches that I would have to spend $20-30 to fix. I politely asked the manager Vinny if they would give a "small discount". Instead of just politely telling me he couldn't do it, he lied to me saying that "type 2" on the tag means it is priced for damage. It didn't seem valid so of course I did my research.
