I love a good home good find, especially when it is the perfect piece of furniture. I visited the Plainville store on 8/19/25 and unexpectedly found a console table that matched what I had been searching. It was $300, which was fine for me to pay, however it had a few visible nicks and staining blotches that I would have to spend $20-30 to fix. I politely asked the manager Vinny if they would give a "small discount". Instead of just politely telling me he couldn't do it, he lied to me saying that "type 2" on the tag means it is priced for damage. It didn't seem valid so of course I did my research. It means it's an original piece. It's fine I don't get the discount, but the lie...

LoL. We always walk in look at each other and say," This is a dangerous store." So much reduced priced that we just have to have in our creative minds. From specialty and sealed non-parishable food items. Quality cloths items children's, men's and women's....

It sucked. I wanted to return something and they told me i had to get in line because they do purchases and returns same place. What no customer service area. There were 25 people in front of me. I will think twice before i buy anything...
