I went to the Plainville Target with my teenage daughters. While I shopped they went into the family dressing room to try some clothes on together while I was in the store. While they are changing the store security guy bangs on the door and says “security check!” They said hold on, finished getting dressed and walked out confused. He said you can’t be in a changing room together and they said, “okay” and went on walking around the store to find me. The entire time, and even after they found me, the security guy followed them around. When I asked him if there was a problem he said, “it’s my business, I’m just doing my job, nothing you need to know” and I said it is my business if it’s my children so you need to explain what is going on. He refused to tell me and basically kept insinuating that I should stop talking to him. My daughters told me what happened so I knew what he was accusing them of stealing. They stole nothing and he never even spoke to them to check if they had anything on them. He then followed us outside until we got in our car. This guy (who looked to be about 23) obviously has a bit of a superiority complex! Not going back to this...
Read moreBeware if you use online order and drive up pick up. I am so sick of spending 100’s of dollars (per visit) at Target for groceries/household items just to get home to find multiple food items EXPIRED. And it hasn’t happened just once, I have placed multiple drive up orders and it seems like almost every time I get home some of the food is expired. Pre - packaged salami that is over 6 months past its expiration date, expired milk, expired eggs 🤢🤢 thank god I checked the dates before feeding any of the food to my family. This is unacceptable. It also happens at the Milford location. The cost of food is outrageous as it is and you’re selling customers expired food. Yuck. I’ve went inside both locations and let customer service know about the expired items, yet it still continues to happen. Safe to say I think I’m done shopping at Target…for...

The store is very clean, products are typically in stock, staff is very friendly for the most part, and checkout is usually very speedy, even when you have the Cartwheel app to add to your purchase. There is also a large Starbucks right when you walk in which is very convenient, be prepared to sit through a long line though as it does get very busy on the weekends.
I would recommend making this your one stop shop for most things you need including groceries, household items, electronics, and even...
