ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH A RATING FOR BLING JEWELRY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
This is why... I wanted to order two of item (Personalized Mens Medium Army Dog Tag Pendant Necklace 925 Sterling Silver Shot Bead Ball Custom Engraved) for my brothers who I will be meeting soon after 3 long years!! While trying to place the order through Amazon, I realized that it wouldn't let me add the item to the cart unless I provided a text to be engraved on the pendants. I wanted the pendants with nothing written on them, so that my brothers could engrave whatever they like as they received their gifts. I, therefore, contacted Amazon customer service on July 29th at 11.11pm to help me place the order. The representative asked me to type "DO NOT WRITE" in the box provided so that it allows me to place the order. I did what I was told to and placed the order. The representative also wrote an email to the seller with my notes at 11.15pm, which was exactly 4 mins after the order was placed.
However, I received a response from Bling Jewelry on July 30 at 10.36AM saying that the order was shipped prior to receiving the email from Amazon representative. Even worse... they engraved "do not write" on both pendants. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! I spent the whole day yesterday calling Amazon and Bling Jewelry hoping to resolve this. Amazon says it is now between me and Bling since they did everything right from their side and it was the seller's fault not to pay attention to their email before shipping the items. I then called Bling Jewelry, who of course blamed Amazon for making me type "DO NOT WRITE" in the field and for making me place the order without checking with the seller directly. Bling Jewelry also made the excuse of not noticing the email, which apparently got buried in the 500 plus emails that they receive everyday - REALLY??? This whole thing happened in less than 12 hours and how irresponsible can one be! I really have no words to describe the one who engraved "do not write" on an expensive pendant!! Blink Jewelry definitely only cares about the money as the lady who answered my call was not willing to help at all!!

When I received the necklace, the engraving looked blurred and hard to read. I shipped the product back with the return form stating what issues I had with the product. The company contacted me to say that I should have chosen the print instead of the script and that they recommend that to customers who call about their orders. I told them that I chose the script because on the website it looked good and I expected it to look good in person and therefore, I had no reason to call before placing my order. The rep (Bri or Bria I believe) said that they will clean the necklaces as a courtesy (the necklaces were sent to me "dirty"so it wouldn't be a courtesy, it would be them fixing their mistake). We went back and forth and the rep basically said that if they send me a product with poor quality engraving that I am stuck with it because it says on the website that the engraved products cannot be returned.    Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars because that's how dissatisfied I am with this company. When I initially placed my order, they took my money immediately and lost my order. A month after I ordered, I spoke with someone who fixed the problem, saying she had no idea what happened and was able to ship my items. When I received them, I was dissatisfied with 2 of the 3 items (very poor quality) and being that they pride themselves on fast and easy returns, I printed the return label and sent the two items back. This was over a month ago and have yet to hear anything from the company, or received a refund. I have called 5 times and sat on hold for 45+ minutes before I hung up all 5 times. While on hold, the automated system will say "your call is now first in line, followed by, you are the third caller, you are the second caller, you are the next caller, 2 more minutes, you are the third caller, etc." They never answer the phone!!!!!!!!!! I have now sent 2 emails hoping to receive a reply. I would never order anything with this unprofessional and terrible...
