BEWARE OF A white MALE IN HIS 40s at the front desk. Also, beware of the website. If your planning to hold the unit only and the site requires you to input your credit card, "BEWARE" I followed the instructions, and guess what? My card was charged. The reason for holding the unit was until I was able to see it in person before actually renting it. It requires the date which I did. So the next day I went in person to politely ask why was I charged, explaining I wanted to see the unit before renting. The guy started yelling at me, I had no understanding how to read or computer skills. When I tried to explain exactly what the website was requiring, He became furious and yelled louder and how it was my fault, for not understanding instructions. I calmly said, Sir I respect what your saying, I would like a refund. He continued to yell, I remained calm. When he cancelled the transaction I requested a print out and left. I want to point out, make sure the leasing paperwork is something you feel comfortable signing digitally. When I reserved the unit, I was sent an email to sign 4 pages of the lease. Thank God, I didn't sign them. below I have attached images of the website stating I can hold the unit without paying. I hardly ever give anyone a negative review but when someone is verbally abusive and the website seems off, I feel people should be warned. Sorry for the long note. Have...

I absolutely love Snapbox Storage! The facility is brand new, exceptionally clean, and secure. You need a personalized code to access any floor, which gives me real peace of mind knowing the building is protected from unauthorized access. I also really appreciate that it’s temperature-controlled—perfect for keeping my belongings safe year-round.

The pricing is extremely affordable, and that alone makes me a loyal, long-term customer. One of the best parts was the extra care from the staff—someone went out of their way to leave a free lock for me inside my unit on a day they normally don’t work. That kind of service goes a long way! And if you happen to read this, THANK YOU!

My only suggestion would be to add more restrooms and clearer directions or maps to find them. But overall, this place is amazing....

This new facility is beautiful and the price is very affordable. 😍 Its bright, clean, well ventilated with a strong air conditioning system. The location is ideal, just outside of major Hudson County cities and towns. The self service equipment like the dollies and elevators are well maintained. The digital security system makes my family and I feel safe and confident each time we stop in. We made a great choice with this storage location, for sure!
