OMG! What an experience today, I have never enjoyed shopping as much as I have today. I walked in and I was greeted immediately by a delightful lady learning later that her name was Lisa. She was so funny because I walked in with two other women and my husband and she’s yelling out to the other women alert, alert because my husband was the only man in the store. Well, from that moment on it was game on for us all. We were all joking with Lisa and the other shoppers even women trying on clothes behind doors were in on our conversations and good laughs. Lisa was so accommodating and helpful to find the right items for my friends and I and even my husband. I told her as she was ringing us all up and before we left I had to give her a hug. I definitely will be back at Ditto for the fine clothes and shoes they have and I hope Lisa will be there for another...

(-5 STARS IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO PUT) I dropped off items over 3 months ago, according to there own policy and the paper you sign, they will give you a call back after 3 months to inform you what you made and then also return the items you want back… well. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve called over 10 times in the last month, left 10 messages, played nice and STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT MY ITEMS. The items I wanted returned all have original tags and is well over $500. I’ve had to now reach out to my attorney and the Federal Business Bureau due to their lack of professionalism. My favorite thrift store by far. I have visited many times in the last few months since discovering this gem. Two days ago I stopped in to the Hancock Bridge location near the UPS store. Lisa's first day on the job. She was so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the fashion industry because of her background.
