HORRIBLE! I placed an order for a spongebob half sheet cake with extra whipped cream 2 weeks before my sons birthday party. I was charged 80 bucks for it. once we sang happy birthday and ate the cake it was buttercream! not what i ordered at all. yes the cake was cute and the inside was not bad but the frosting ruined. Butter cream is so heavyyyy and there was a lot of it. Everyone was scraping away the frosting just to get to the cake. So i pulled out my receipt just to make sure my order said whipped cream and there it was as plain as day; it says whipped cream and extra WC. By this time the bakery was closed so i called the very next day and oh lord did they give me a run around. First i was told that the owner was not there and they would call me back.. than they called me back 5 min later and asked if i still have any of the cake left....ummm no why would i? than they told me they would call back on MONDAY because the owner is not there on weekends (mind you this was a THURSDAY when i spoke with the lady which i believe her name was lindsay i could be way off, the party was on a wednesday) than they asked me if im sure it says whipped cream on the receipt i said 'yes i am very sure how about you look at your copy' than she comes back to the phone and says she cannot FIND IT.. WOW. are you kidding me? so she says shes going to call me back again and we hang up and 20 minutes pass and i call her back and she says the baker doesnt know where it is but shes sure she used whipped cream and "anyway" she says"how much did you pay for the cake" and i told her 80 bucks and she says "you were under charged for the cake' and i said "that sounds real convenient for you to say after you guys messed my order up and anyway thats not my problem thats whoever wrote the receipts problem so what are you saying?'. and she said no im just letting you know. and she went on to tell me she will be in touch with me when she gets a hold of the owner. its been 2 months and i have not called back i just decided to never go there again. that was my first and last time. i even over looked the fact that there was no AC in there and it didnt smell the way it supposed to smell when you walk in a bakery at all. it was a weird salty chemical smell and flies flying around and a smeared cake with finger prints in the display window where they had what appeared to be a wedding cake. and the display window was OPEN. not closed like it was supposed to be and the floors were dirty and last but not least there wasnt many options of anything to buy it doesnt feel likea bakery..conclusion- these people were not kind and did not show any good customer service at all. HUGE FAIL. go to the next spot this place is garbage. i would sue them but my energy is precious. im sure someone will sue soon though. dont waste your money folks. there are plenty of other bakerys out...

Giving these people one star is giving them too much. I live 2 HOURS AWAY and I drove all the way to NJ to pick up this cake. BOTH of my kids names were spelled incorrectly. Today is their birthday party and we are already on a crunch for time. Anyone who could actually fix the cake lives 45+ minutes away. So, my kids 2nd birthday party was absolutely ruined. Please do not order cakes from these people unless you want your children’s names spelled wrong as well. UPDATE The assistant called the owner of the bakery, who is oddly not a baker, to figure out how she should move forward with the situation. The owner comes to the bakery while the assistant (who is also not a baker or decorator) is trying her best to fix the cake and essentially blames the spelling error on me and my family, when on the order form it was spelled properly 2 times. Clearly that was a mistake on their part, but she couldn’t admit that. The party started at 3 and it was already 1 o’clock and we needed to make our way back home so we wouldn’t be more late than we already were. I only went to this place because the venue I booked for my wedding included the cake and it had to be made here. We went for a cake tasting, worse experience ever. The lady didn’t even greet us, we sat down and she brought a few cupcakes and left them on the table. We didn’t know what to do since she didn’t explained anything nor told us the flavors of the cupcakes. We had to call her and get her attention as she was all in her laptop. She then explained each flavor and still didn’t tell us what designs were available. We saw 2 binders in a table by us and just grabbed them and started asking her questions. She couldn’t answer some of the questions as she didn’t know the answers so idk what was the point of a cake tasting if the person there working didn’t have answers to our questions. We ended up picking 2 designs for our 4 tiers cake. She wrote them down and gave us a copy. As we arrived to our wedding, we noticed the cake only had one design.
