Store was immaculate, and the service was great !! I usually go to my local store, but I always end up having to wait forever until a Verizon rep is free. The guy I got had people seated, very polite and orderly (my Verizon is an absolute war zone) and had everyone resolved in no time at all. It's a trip but considering I have to go to my Verizon multiple time just go explain to one rep what another one did or said, it's worth driving out to this location. I know Aaron didn't have to but he helped set up my phone so it won't reformat itself if too factory settings when too many unlock attempts have been made (happend once before and I lost years worth of stuff) he explained why it happened how it happend, and configured my setting so it dosnt happen again (phone bounced around in my pocket at work and that's when it reset itself) now I don't have to worry about any of that. I also didn't know I had an upgrade availed for my father's device. I'm not joiking when I say this Verizon and the hazleton tcg store are night and day !!!! Going right here...

Asked about taking my old phone home to transfer the data and then bringing it back to trade it in and the worker said,"no we will do that here in the store", but never told us it cost $50 for them to do it. I never would have gotten the phone at their store. Just would have gotten one online and transferred it ourselves as we've done before and save the $50. When we said something to the employee about him not having disclosed the $50 charge he just looked at us and didn't respond. When I called and spoke to the manager about it he was not very nice and said it's a common charge like we should have known about it. Basically he said it was our fault. He said that both my husband and I who were sitting there buying the phone were told about the fee but neither one of us knew about it. The manager has no idea what we were told because he wasn't even there when we were buying the phone he was with two other customers..We'll never buy a phone from...

I just found out I have been paying line access fees and device charges since april when I told they were free. The store refused to rectify the problem even though I never took the devices out of the box and offered to return them. Also had me tied up in 2 year contract on all three devices. I had to call verizon to take care of the problem All they could do is cancel the remaining payments and line access fees. Verizon was helpful but this store refused to help me. The manager was suppose to call me but never did. Stay away...
