Bravo Supermarkets — Local services in North Miami Beach

On 8/21/2017 at around 730pm the first cash register/ scanner stop working while scanning our groceries. Manager came over to try to fix had me standing and waiting there for more than 10 minutes. Did not have the decency to say go to another cash register and when I confronted the manager (who was a bald head Hispanic guy who wore glasses) that this was poor customer service, he stated "So, go to another line!". He was very rude. Yes I am black and yes I am from a haitian decent, but I am not stupid. I am well educated with a masters degree. This is why I left behind the groceries that was well over $100.00 which I would have paid with my debit card. The majority of the population that shop there is haitian and this is how you get your pay check Sir. If I could I would give this store a zero...

I visited this supermarket in North Miami and appreciated the wide variety of products available. However, I noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the store. Additionally, I purchased meat for a barbecue, only to discover that it was spoiled. I had to return it, which was quite disappointing. The store should be more diligent in ensuring the quality of its products. Fortunately, my daughter did not consume it, but this could have been a serious health risk.

I am familiar with the Boca Raton location, and my experience there has been completely different. That store is impeccable, with fresh, high-quality products. It is surprising to see such a contrast between the two locations. I hope this store improves its standards to match the quality of the Boca...

Sometimes produce it's excellent sometimes it's not that good,but most of the time the Produce it's excellent, the big Avocados last time I went were bad to the bone,but usually they are good,if I had to rate their produce,it is one of the best out there in the stores,much much better than the big Chains,but it varies,this is my store to go for vegetables,potatoes,plantains,pineapple,etc,I don't eat meat,but my mother Does and she said chicken is the best,never tried red meats there tough!
