Problem solved
This is extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the handling of the issue with the furniture I received from Modloft. The piece in question was a Jane Bed that I ordered from Modloft official website.
Unfortunately, upon receiving the furniture and having it installed by your team, I noticed a defect in the headboard. I immediately informed the installer of the issue before they left my house. They assured me that the matter would be promptly addressed, and that I would receive a call from your company within 15 minutes regarding the replacement.
To my shock and dismay, despite waiting for a day, I did not receive any response from your company. I also attempted to get in touch with your customer service online, but to no avail. The complete lack of communication and effort from your end to resolve this issue is unacceptable.
As a customer of Modloft, I expect to receive high-quality products (paid $1280 for this) and services. Instead, I have been left with a faulty piece of furniture and no resolution in sight. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth after having spent my hard-earned money on your products.
I demand immediate action from your company to address this issue and provide me with a replacement as soon as possible. I urge you to take this matter seriously and not let your negligence tarnish your reputation.

Abhorrent customer service if you have an issue with your order. I am puzzled by 5 star reviews for this company on Google as I am having a completely opposite experience. I ordered an outdoor seating area set from Modloft around memorial day, after a long wait due to items being on backorder, the set was finally delivered on July 6th via white glove delivery provided by Modloft. Upon unpacking the sofa on July 8th I discovered that one armrest is severely bent, notified Modloft immediately via email and sent photos of the damage. I am yet to receive any resolution - the only updates I received for the last 4 days is that “quality team is reviewing” and request for more videos. In the meantime this broken sofa is sitting where the delivery team left it, packed and unusable. This would not have happened with wayfair or west elm or any other company that I have purchased from in the past. As much as I would have liked to purchase more items from Modloft I will stay away and given this experience do not recommend anyone shops with them either, if you value your time and $$ as they don’t stand by their own policies. From the start, they were very strict about their delivery policies, making it clear that I needed to be available during a specific block of hours for the delivery. However, they didn’t respect this time frame at all. Not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also didn’t bother to call or update me on any delays. This caused a huge inconvenience because I had to take a day off from work to be home for the delivery.
What made things even worse is that they didn’t show any consideration for my time. I ended up wasting the entire day waiting, with no communication or any effort on their part to fix the issue. The delivery team didn’t show up when they said they would, and I was left in the dark, trying to figure out what was happening. After the fact, I reached out to them to address the situation, but they showed no urgency or willingness to amend their mistake. They didn’t follow up with an apology, and it felt like they didn’t care at all about the inconvenience they caused.
It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially when you’ve taken time out of your schedule to accommodate them.
